How big is the tablet

Hi, it’s a capsule, its soft, it’s around 2 cm long and 0.5 cm wide. You can open it and take only the powder, that’s what I do.

What's the size if the capsules? Are they "horse sized" like many of Solgar's tablets or a more reasonable size, like their soft gels? Thank you.

Probably closer to “horse”, however they are easy to swallow.  And that’s from someone who struggles to take tiny tablets!

One of the reveiws says these b vitamins are synthetic! Does anyone know if this is true. I wouldn't have thought so from Solgar?

solgar supply the b complex in the correct ratios....b1 to b2 to b6,  i do not know of any other manufacturer that does this...they state that they are made from natural products...what these products are? I don't know.   I suggest you ring them and have a chat.  Personally I have been taking the B (50) for many years...yes, your pee becomes yellow....However as B vitamins are water soluable and last about 4 hrs in your system they are something that people are often low in.  They are vital to many.... major reactions..... in the body and interestingly....are also involved in the colour of hair.  Greying hair is a sign of aging ...the body uses the B vitamins to preform more important duties to keep you alive....therefore hair colour is lost as this is an unimportant role.  Taking them has reverted my hair back to its normal colour...I am no spring chicken and most of my friends have been dying their hair for the last 15 to 20+ yrs.  So yes....my hair colour comes from a bottle...a bottle of high dose B vitamins....I feel fab and am very active......so its thumbs up to solgar and hooray for the enviromnent as I am not polluting the rivers with any nasty chemicle hair dye.  However this is a matter of personal choice.....everybodies system is different.....you can get even better quality B vitamins if you check out DR Gabriel Cousins web site....however you need a lot of money,,,,lots 'n lots. Are these physically smaller than the 100 dose size of the same brand?

Hello John, I stopped taking this complex since I found out a much better supplement for a similar price: Solgar-Liquid B12 2000ug with B-Complex (2fl.oz) 59ml. It has all complex B and it is liquid. All you need is a full dropper per day ( or less ), the absorption is faster and it is perfect for people who find difficult to swallow capsules or tablets. In addition, it does taste good.It lasts two months and I keep it refrigerated after opening.
