Many thanks for your follow-up email. Yes, my cushion has now arrived from Amazon, and yes, I am very impressed and pleased with it! It has transformed the uncomfortable experience of sitting at my table on a fairly hard chair - after a couple of days the pains I was experiencing in my lower back have disappeared, and the cushion is very comfortable in use. I have not experienced 'memory foam' before and was very pleasantly surprised by the thickness, density and support that the cushion is providing - I hope that continued use over time will not degrade it's performance. My only comment would be concerning the size of the cover that came with the cushion: it seems that it would be a very tight fit and I am reluctant to force the cushion into the cover for fear of damaging the zip fastener. However, I am happy to use the cushion without the cover, as it has a very attractive 'plush' finish and looks very good with your logo embroidered onto it! Thank you very much for your attentive after-sales interest, by which I am very impressed! I would say that you have a first-class product and I hope that your company does well by virtue of the quality of the product and your service.

Bought for my dad who has back and hip pain. He has tried lots of different cushions and pressure relievers with little success and takes pain medication but still has a fair bit of pain and discomfort. After using this for a week he said it'was great. He's now been using it a few weeks and not only is his pain is less but he can sit for longer periods of time without getting stiff and sore. This is so good for him and hes less grumpy too. He now says its brilliant the best thing ever. Thank you sooooo much. He would honestly recommend this.2019 update -so this cushion has survived 2 years! Still going strong. Asked dad if he needed a new one but this one still helps. It has been enjoying the outdoor sunshine and trips in the car. Versatile and long lasting. When he needs it I'll be buying him another one.

I have been using this item for a while now and have found it comfy but didn't want to leave a review until I had tried it out on a couple of longer journeys. I have a small car which is really a run around rather that a mile muncher on the motorway. Therefore the seats are not big and plush. I have had back surgery and find on longer journeys I can get stiff and a bit numb but this has certainly helped. It has reduced the preasure on my lower back and softened the bumps from the road quite well. The only fault for me using it in the car and not on a chair at home is that it is a little short front to back for the car seat. That said once you are driving you don't notice it as the seat moulds to you. It is well made and would certainly recommend you give it a try.

I purchased one of these cushions about a week ago, after having a third operation on my spine. I already had a couple of cheap ones, but they had gone flat after a few weeks of use, and I realised I needed to get at least one new one and stack the flat ones on top of each other to get them comfortable. My best friend saw the relief I was getting from the new cushion and bought me another for the kitchen. I strap that one onto the chair so it doesn't slide around (the straps are supplied), and I can now eat with the family without my husband moving my cushion from one room to another.I'm so impressed, I'm saving up for another to put in the car.Nobody has asked me to write a review, I am just so amazed at how well this cushion can support four broken vertebrae (some packed with cement) I feel I should tell others who are looking for an excellent product which feels firm but moulds to your body. Having recently injured my coccyx, I was finding sitting for long periods extremely uncomfortable (whether in an office chair at the computer, or in an armchair). This Coccyx cushion has completely removed all of that discomfort in an instant. It is very soft and comfortable to sit on, and the cutout at the rear means there is no pressure on the coccyx. The bottom of the cushion is covered in slip-resistant grippy 'bumps' which stops it sliding around even on a leather or vinyl chair. I would highly recommend this to anyone experiencing discomfort or pain in the coccyx. I have just ordered a second cushion from the same seller (JJL Trust, who were very helpful when contacted by email).

Using it in the office right now and it does the job well - it retains its shape whilst being well-cushioned (I weigh 10.5 stone), the buckles have a suitable level of adjustment for our mediocre office chairs, and the shape is helping me sit straight up, which is not something I can normally do due to a tailbone snowboarding injury that has been tormenting me for years (normally I sit on one leg or the other to shift my weight to one side and avoid sitting straight). This is the first time in years I have managed to sit in an office chair for a long amount of time without shifting in discomfort. Note - not tried this at home or in the car however so I can't say anything about how it would fare then. Already recommended this to a couple of people I know with back problems.

I bought this 16 months ago for a computer chair at home. It is really comfy and I found it helped my back when sitting at my laptop for long periods. However, I only now know how good it is - I always thought it was my running that caused my back pain but it turns out it's not. I've been off work and not running for 3 months due to a broken wrist and have had no back pain at all during this time. After 2 hours back at work in my usual computer chair, my back was really sore that night. I tried the cushion at work for the rest of the week and my back has been absolutely fine! I'm now recommending this to my office manager and various friends too.

Es duro, pero no se aplasta como otros que hay en el Mercado, que son muy blanditos al principio pero en un rato son completamente planos. Este no se aplana, pero para mi gusto es un poco duro. Es de calidad, eso si.

Ce coussin est de très bonne qualité, très efficace pour atténuer ou retarder les douleurs(tout en bas de la colonne vertébrale lorsqu'on doit longtemps rester en position assise). De plus,il est livré avec une housse supplémentaire, une housse de rangement et est pourvu de courroies pour le fixer. Je pense en reprendre un prochainement. Peut-être offert à une personne ayant des douleurs dorsales ou opérée.

Very good cushion. I bought it for my 80 year old mom, who has just had hip replacement. I can attest to the quality of the cushion: the memory foam is a good density: it molds but it is quite firm. The two covers have very nice construction and look like they will last. I love the option of the straps to secure to the chair, especially the fact that if you decide not to use them, the straps can be removed and the buckles that remain attached are not cumbersome or awkward. It comes with a convenient carrier bag, which my mom loves, because the main purpose of the cushion for her is to take it with her wherever she goes for the comfort it provides, but mainly because it raises whatever chair she sits on to a height that is comfortable and appropriate to the restrictions of this early phase of recovery from hip surgery. The memory foam is firm enough to provide that elevation and soft enough to remain comfortable. I really like the cushion and now that my mom has been using it for two weeks, I can confirm she loves it, too. She takes it everywhere with her and has become a life saver. The one time she left it behind at home, she suffered. She couldn't sit because the chair was hard and low. She had to stand and walk around (which she can do very well, but it is naturally tiring) until she was done with her errand.She uses it on all sorts of chairs and sofas and found it comfortable on all. She never feels unsafe. The cushion doesn't slide when she sits or while she is sitting, even without securing it (which she doesn't do because she can't bend comfortably to pass the strap under the chairs.) She is very active, and as I said, the purpose is to take the cushion with her. If she needed it to stay on one chair, we would secure it for her. Although the fact that it doesn't shift around makes that unnecessary even in that case. She likes both covers, but has been using the blue (light, greyish blue) velvety one. It's soft and very nice to the touch, and doesn't make her hot at all. She hasn't had to wash the covers yet, but she will when the time comes. I'll update the review if they suffer after the wash in any way.She has nothing but great things to say about the cushion. Before this one, we tried all the cushions we had in the house and none felt comfortable enough: too high, too low, gets too flat, too soft, too lumpy. I did a lot of research looking for a good cushion, taking into consideration all her requests. The reviews led me to this one and it has proven excellent.I also liked the fact that I received an email from the manufacturers as soon as I placed the order asking if I was pleased. I explained that it was for my mom and I'd write a review once she gave me her opinion, though so far I had liked what I saw. They seemed truly interested in our satisfaction, which is why I'm writing this review. I arrived at this cushion because of reviews and I want to do my part. There may be other good cushions out there; I haven't tried them. I was drawn to this one and I don't need to keep looking. It's perfect.I must say that my dad tried it and found it a bit too firm. He is bonier than my mom -and hasn't had surgery nor does he require seats to be of a certain height, which justifies his preference for softer rather than firmer and therefore higher. Obviously, people have different needs and preferences. If you are looking for a cushion that is well made, pretty enough and nice to the touch, with the convenience of removable straps and a carrier bag, and a good quality memory foam that retains the height while making it soft enough for comfort, THIS IS THE RIGHT CUSHION.

Mentre scrivo ci sto seduta sopra. Ci speravo molto in questo prodotto, avendo una caterva di cuscini inutili e sedie buttate da parte dopo poco averle iniziate a usarle. Questo favoloso cuscino mi consente di risparmiare sull'acquisto di una nuova sedia che come immaginavo non era il problema. Il problema era la postura e la pressione sul coccige che questo cuscino corregge. Vi consiglio di abbinarlo a un cuscino lomare. Ben rifinito, dotato di fodera e di borsa per il trasporto, è rigido il giusto per essere efficace. L'ho provato su altre sedie oltre la mia solita, è meglio se sotto ha un sostegno rigido altrimenti si altera l'effetto. Nel mio caso, soffrendo di neuropatia agli arti infieriori, riducendo la pressione sul coccige ho un beneficio e soprattutto non assumo posture apparentemente antidolorifiche, tanto spontanee quanto aggravanti della mia condizione. Il beneficio si sente lungo tutta la colonna vertebrale in quanto migliora l'assetto dorsale e cervicale, l'allineamento e l'apertura del torace e delle spalle. Lo consiglio senza dubbio a coloro che soffrono di dolori erniali, neuropatici e artrosi alla colonna o agli arti. Niente fa miracoli e ci guarisce da una malattia che non ha guarigione ma, certamente, impedisce il peggioramento e consente di lavorare meglio e più a lungo. Personalmente non poter svolgere il mio lavoro alla scrivania con l'apparecchiatura necessaria era un incubo al quale ho finalmente trovato riparo.

recentemente afflitto da una forte sciatalgia, nel ricercare una sedia tipo "stokke" mi sono imbattuto in questo cuscino che a detta di molte recensioni promette miracolilo sto usando da pochi giorni quindi la valutazione può solo esser limitata, per il momento posso dire che aiuta nella seduta e allevia un po la sofferenza ma non fa miracoli, nel senso che nei giorni in cui il dolore è maggiore comunque dopo un po bisogna comunque alzarsinel complesso cpertanto posso dire che se qualcuno ha lo steso problema è un aiuto per ora non mi sembra risolutivo ma è meglio che niente data anche la spesa non eccessiva
