Love it – works great for digestion!
I’ve been buying this on and off for years now, which probably says a lot already. A friend recommended it to me ages ago to help with digestion, and I’m really happy with how well it works. The product itself and the packaging are both great. Honestly, I’m super satisfied – more than satisfied, actually!

Excellent Stuff, Seen So Many Daft Videos On YouTube About A Colon Cleanse, Some Swallowing Large Amounts Of Oils Among Various Other Concoctions, This Is Natural And Natures Natural Cleanse Called Fibre, This Also Has The Added Benefit Of Digestive Enzymes Which Allows The Body To Breakdown Food More Efficiently And Extract More Nutrients From The Food We Eat. As Expected It Cleans You Out Which Is A Good Thing As Those Who Have Regular Bowl Movements Have Lower Incidents Of Bowl/Colorectal Cancer. The UK RDA For Fibre Is 30g So This Helps Me Achieve This Target. Highly Recommended

Good natural supplement for digestive tract
Have used this for many years, would purchase from a high street chain health food store, which without explanation ceased to stock item. It i simple to prepare , two teaspoons mixed with water, but, be aware it is not designed to dissolve but remains in suspension. This must be consumed immediately as it forms a gel after a while, this helps aid bowel regularity. If you need to promote regularity it is worth a try.

Worked after 1 day - everything I wanted.
Incredibly helpful for bowl movements and also bloating, I found. Makes going to the toilet so much more comfortable. It doesn't taste great, nor is it easy to drink, but it works. Better than normal psyllium husk in my opinion.

Good for the gut.
Excellent product, but you need to be careful about finding the right dosage for you as an individual. Go for the product with the added prebiotic more expensive but worth it.

Horrible to swallow, I purchased two containers, I completed the first 180g container, but I couldn't face the second 180g container. My stools improved whilst using this product, but I haven't noticed any long term benefits.

Maintains good bowel function
Flavour is immaterial - it is an effective fibre for the maintenance of good bowel function.
