Missing ampoule......

I've bought this as per recommendations of my friends that were very happy with the product. Wanted to try for myself. It arrived yesterday, but after opening I could only find two bags of mask ingredients in the packaging! There were no ampoule included! And it supposed to be the first and the last step of the treatment. Very disappointed. Don't know what to do. Could I get the ampoule delivered separately? All this makes me feel unconfident of buying such items on line!

Non vale il prezzo

Amo le maschere e ne faccio spesso. Questa non è male ma non vale assolutamente più di 15€. Mi piace Casmara e utilizzo alcuni prodotti. Non è eccellente ma la reputo valida. La maschera si stende sul viso con difficoltà e asciuga rapidamente (anche per questo è difficile spalmare bene il prodotto). Dopo 15 minuti la di toglie e la pelle è morbida. Ma nulla di chè. Trovo che le maschere coreane siano più convenienti ed efficaci.
