It is good for use at your desk in an office space, or on your night stand in your bedroom. I use it as a night light and a humidifier by my bed.

DO NOT ORDER THIS FROM HERE!!! I placed my order December 12th and have still not received (January 13th), it is coming from somewhere in China which Amazon did not tell me and will give me no help dealing with or returning. Tracking information is barely existent as well as delivery estimate.
