A good watch, works well but a little over priced
Overall positive. The strap is great as it can adjust to very small child's wrist. The instructions for setting up the alarms and time are really very simple. The alarm sound and vibrate mode is discrete so as not to cause embarrassment for my son, it is also great for my child to take owner ship for drinking water and going to the toilet and his accidents have pretty much all but disappeared in the first week. The watch is not water resistant at all so reminders to take it off before showers gets a bit dull. The build quality is relatively good and the button lock out function is very useful, however I still feel it is over priced for what it actually does.

The battery needs changing frequently and this process is an absolute nightmare...
In summary, I had two issues with this watch:1. It didn't vibrate.2. Changing the battery means the watch falls apart and you have to rebuild it.In detail:I had to replace the battery immediately, because the watch wouldn't vibrate, and this was the advice I read. So I replaced it with a brand-spanking-new Duracell battery. Taking the watch apart is an incredibly fiddly process... when you get into the plastic watch face everything falls out... the wires, the screen... and you have to fit it all back in, whilst keeping the screen straight so you don't end up with slanted numbers. You then have to hold it all together, put all the screws back in... and reattach the strap which isn't easy either. And to top it off... after all that... the brand new battery didn't make it vibrate.Thought needs to be put into the process of changing the battery. I understand that changing watch batteries is always a bit fiddly, but this was ridiculous... especially given the fact that it needs to be changed more frequently than a normal watch, (the company admits this), because of the power used in making it vibrate.I wish I'd returned it.

Fantastic product. Works a treat!
This has been a great product for my daughter who suffers with bladder issues and kept having “accidents at school” . I am not technically minded but found it easy to set the alarms on the watch. 8 in total . Since she has had it she hasn’t had an accident at all at school. The watch is a good size for a little girl and stylish looking. Lights up at night to see the time. Great product would deffo recommend it.

Boring face for kids amd strap is poor quality
We were recommended this by the doctor to try and get our daughter back on track with remembering yo go to the toilet and not holding it in for too long.Overall it does what it says on the tin, you can set multiple alarms throughout the day, and we set it to vibrate only which doesn't disturb her classmates. But I'm disappointed with overall look for kids, I mean a 1980s casio has more personality than this bland screen watch. And the colour on the strap has begun flaking off after 3 weeks wear. Not the quality or robustness I wanted for a £30 children's watch.

Battery changing is a nightmare
I bought this watch as I'm having trouble with my daughter having some toileting accidents. The idea itself is great and has greatly improved the situation. The watch can be set to go off over a designated time,it vibrates and an alarm can be heard. Initially it worked great the novelty of it made her go to the toilet everytime but over time she did start to ignore it and say she didn't want to go. Obviously this isn't reflecting on the watches performance. Initially I had to get someone else to set it up for me,but I'm not good with instructions, once set up it worked fine for a while until the day it went off and wouldn't stop! No buttons would work and it was as if the thing had froze altogether. I put this down to maybe the battery running out. But to my dismay to remove the battery you have to basically dismantle the whole thing. The cover is held on with the tiniest of screws which requires the tiniest of screwdriver to open it. Cue the watch currently hidden underneath some coats so we can't hear the damn thing until we get one small enough!!! Great idea but some design issues, did seem a little overpriced maybe should come with a screwdriver provided.

Was sceptical about this watch but very pleasantly surprised
Firstly, I have to say I do not have a lot of patience when it comes to setting things up. But this has been so easy to set up and but 7 alarms on which are set throughout the day. I only set it up for vibration and it is very discreet and no-one else would know what it is for. It is a great reminder for a child with learning disabilities, and is an older child, to go to the toilet. It looks a stylish watch and I did worry that she would mess with the timers etc. but you can lock the buttons so no risk of messing with it.
