Can u on and off the mop heads easy ?

Very easily. Velcro on arm and back of mop a 'grabby' surface so they work together perfectly. To remove, hold mop down with foot and peel off. Hope this makes sense?

Could I use this to apply a laminate coating to my new floor to save buying a separate mop just for that?

Unfortunately, the E-Cloth Deep Clean Mop isn’t the optimal product to apply a laminate coating because if any substance other than water is used with the mop, the E-Cloth mop head could become clogged. Using a non-water substance could break down the fibers and cause the mop to lose its cleaning ability.
