I don't often write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experiences with this product for anyone else who might have the same sleep issues I have. I've got a deviated septum which means that only one of my nostrils is about 50% open and the other one is nearly completely blocked. During the day this doesn't cause me too much discomfort, but at night if I have even the slightest blocked sinus I have to breathe through my mouth which invariably leads to a bad night's sleep. Over the years I've tried many different products, different types of nasal dilators, ones that insert into the nostrils. I found these to be uncomfortable and to have rather mixed results. I also became dependent on decongestant sprays which just make the problem worse over time. This product has helped me get off the decongestants, they hold my nostrils open just enough to allow that extra bit of airflow, maybe just 10 - 20% more airflow (don't expect miracles) but it's enough to let me nose breathe most nights. They're comfortable to wear and you quickly forget you have it on.A note on the effectiveness of the adhesive, I wash my nose with warm water and a bit of soap, then dry thoroughly before applying and I find the stickiness to be perfect and lasts the entire night. In the morning I peel off carefully, while holding the skin beside, (don't rip it off quickly and you should be fine). Everyone is different though, i.e. if you're a teenager you might have oilier skin and the adhesive might not work as well or last as long. Sleep is really important and if you're looking at these you're looking for a solution, I think these are definitely worth a try and i'm glad i found them.

Works very well and lessens snoring when laying on my side, doesn’t help too much when laying on back. 9/10 times the strips are sticky and stay on throughout the night, can occasionally get a less sticky pack.

Stay on all night and really helps me breathe! Easy to apply and remove. Rarely a bit too sticky but a warm flannel does the job just fine. Probably better for the skin to remove wet.I'm allergy to plasters but had no reaction to these. On my third pack and very happy

I expected more from this product. Whilst there was positive effect for better breathing it was difficult to make the strips adhesive enough for them to last through the night.Disappointing.

I've used breathe right for years but decided it was time to save some money and go with a cheaper brand. I went with these because they had the best reviews but these are useless, they don't stay on all night. I use clearasil decreasing pads on my nose before fitting my nasal strips each night and never had a problem with breathe right but these start peeling off after about 4 hours. They also make my skin itch underneath the strip for some reason. Do yourself a favour and stick with the brand leader like I'm gonna do.

Great product, fast delivery and really good price against competitors

I always wipe my nose with acetone before applying for best adhesion, and yet still this product doesnt stay. It goes on, feels great! Skin like, similar to breathe right in that way but the glue doesnt hold up and an hour later its peeling at the edges, making it less impactful and kind of a waste of money. Yes you get two months worth, and the price is really good! But the performance isnt there, and i think id rather spend more and actually be able to use my nose as expected than have a mediocre job of a subpar product. I wish i had the ones with the excessively strong glue, but i really dont see how that could be the case with these im gonna be honest. Sometimes they also poke my nose uncomfortably, just overall i cant really recommend.

These are really effective. When the pollen is high breathing through my left nostril when lying down is more difficult, I feel really stuffed up. It makes dropping off to sleep more difficult. However when I wear one of these nasal strips my breathing is easy as they hold both nostrils open. I go to sleep almost straight away. They stay stuck and so are affective all night. I would definitely recommend them.

Fits better Stays on better and cheaper than the name brands (ie; Snore Ease,)

Ich habe mir die Pflaster ursprünglich für den schlaf geholt, da sobald ich liege mir die Nasenatmung etwas schwer fällt. Seitdem ich die Pflaster nutze ist es deutschland besser geworden. Teilweise nutze ich sie auch beim sport um weniger durch den Mund atmen zu müssen. Klare Empfehlung meinerseits!

Efficace, je respire bcp mieux la nuit pendant mes allergies. Il reste collé jusqu'au matin, si on nettoie bien la peau lors de la pose.

Fanno il loro lavoro, di buona qualità, si attaccano bene, adesivo forte, x durare la notte, hanno un leggero rinforzo per aiutare ad allargare le narici x respirare meglio ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Su función la realizan bien, pero a media noche se despega un poco, pero aguantan.
