This table looks high quality and expensive especially when bought with matching chairs, you can also use this table for an office desk. the table isn't that big nor small, the perfect dinning table size for kitchen or living room. Its also very sturdy when screws are tightened but not too much which can cause cracks in the wood, It is very easy to assemble - instructions contain clear images, I would recommend using a pl-yer to tighten the screws instead of the one they provide which is useless.I highly recommend that you varnish the surface of the table before using it or putting a layer of cloth on top of it, this is because I've noticed that if water is spilled on top of the surface, it doesn't feel smooth anymore when you stroke the surface, water also leaves a water mark behind on the surface of the table, therefore its best if you varnish it if using as an desk or put a cloth on top of it, if using as a dinning table.However the surface design looks really modern and expensive, the oak colour is more on the darker side which is why it looks expensive. The table legs are a thin size but not too thin which looks cheap.I highly recommend this product, for the price you cannot go wrong, you will not find a table like this again.

I experienced problems with delivery via Amazon Prime - the initial order was delivered to the wrong recipient and on the rescheduled delivery date two of the tables turned up (one of which I am in the process of returning to Amazon).Just as well that two did turn up because the first one I opened had a damaged part. Unfortunately the part that was damaged was the table top - a groove had been knocked in the table and, because the box was not damaged in this area, I can only assume that the damage occurred in the factory. This does seem to me to be a QA problem. I experienced another QA problem with the chairs which meant that I needed to visit Wickes to buy a bolt i.e. a bag of bolts. Not good. I think this is something to be aware of when ordering from this range. It's no doubt a question of luck but other reviewers have also commented on similar things so I think it is worth keeping in mind.The second table had also clearly been previously returned - the box was awkwardly sellotaped and the included instructions came complete with greasy turmeric stains!Anyway, I wasn't in the mood to return both tables and start the ordering process again so I assembled the table.It was *very* easy to assemble - a lot easier/quicker than the chairs that form part of the same range. The instructions consist only of diagrams but the pictures are very clear.I will say that the two tables looked very different to each other. The first table I opened, which was unfortunately already damaged, seemed to have a better quality of wood - fewer knots and a more subtle/less dark oiling. This is very subjective but the point I guess is that there is quite a wide variation in the range. This might be an issue if you wanted to put two tables together.I would buy the table again albeit with a sense of trepidation because I don't have much faith in the manufacturer's QA process.

I'd been looking for a new table for my kitchen and just couldn't find what I wanted locally as the ones locally where either too long or two wide or too chunky. So I thought I'd have a look on Amazon and came across this table which seemed to be just what I was after. I decided to order it and I have not been disappointed. The table came flat packed, but was straight forward to assemble and is very sturdy. It looks far more expensive then it was and makes a great addition to my kitchen.A well made product which arrived well packaged and in good condition.

Bought on sale. Superb quality for the price, the oak is pretty solid and has a nice mat finish. It's easy to assemble if you don't mind lifting an oak table by yourself. Product is overall really good but it was let down by the infamous Y delivery service you know who. Sellers should really stop using the Y company for deliveries.

This is all oak. The top is made up of blocks but everything is oak. The table has an oil finish which I had planned to change. It now has a more durable urethane coating.The wood is not totally perfect in that a few, small knots are visible on the top. In cross lighting very faint ripples can also be seen from the planing.That said, I am very pleased with this purchase. It looks attractive and feels good to use. It is sturdy, a useful size for a small dining table, and represents great value.

This is a sturdy, no frills yet attractive in its simplicity, solid wood table. It is straight forward to assemble and very reasonably priced for real wood. I've bought two to use as home office/computer desks and I'm very happy with them. If I had to be critical in any way I'd ask the seller to make the price of the smaller version more attractive. I would have bought one of those too, but at almost the same price as the larger table it just wasn't attractive enough.

When I first got the table I was very impressed with the build as it feels like solid wood and sturdy. The next day when I tried to clean the table with a towel, I noticed the coating (brownish color) started to come off, and the wood surface felt rough like unpolished wood. I wasn't sure if this is normal or just my mishandling, so I decided to buy some sandpaper to re-polish the table surface and then re-coat with some linseed oil, and it turns out fine now.Like some comments before, I didn't expect to do all these work on a brand new table with hardly any use. With that said I am happy with the table now and it is overall a good purchase.

Solid table, we had the smaller one for years and no issues, needed a bigger one, got this, works well

Au vu du prix je m’attendais à un produit moins bien fini et au final la table et très bien bonne finition montage facile et rapide avec les outils déjà fournis. Vous avez une table en chêne pour le prix d’une table en MDF chez les enseignes de meubles bref c’est top

Ich hätte nicht geglaubt, eine Rezension über einem Tisch zu schreiben, aber es hat mich geärgert, dass hier Leute den Hersteller für Transportschäden abwerten, statt schlicht die Annahme zu verweigern, was ihr gutes Recht ist. Hier hat der Spediteur ein Problem, nicht der Hersteller.Dieser Tisch ist extrem stabil, sieht natürlich aus, kann leicht gepflegt werden und war slebst von mir ohne zusätzliche Wrkzeuge zu montieren. Sein Plazu ist in der Küche, aber er ist auch in vielen anderen Räumen einsetzbar. Passende Stühle sind im Programm und ebenfalls vom feinsten. Ehrlich gesagt wurden meine Erwartungen übertroffen, das Ding spielt nicht in der Supermarkt-Liga.Ein befreundeter Tischler hat das Ding gesehen und es rund heraus gelobt. Und der sollte es wissen.Volle Sternzahl und ein plus dazu.
