Excellent purchase
Having done quite a lot of research about juicers and weighed up the difference between centrifugal and masticating (quite a minefield let me say), I decided to purchase this Aicok masticating juicer. I have had this machine for just under two-weeks and so far I have been very pleased with the machine.I have used the machine daily and have juiced most things with great success. Sometimes you think the machine isn’t sturdy enough to push the items down but it has managed to do everything I have juiced. You will need to cut the harder fruit/veg in to smaller pieces but you soon get used to doing this. As many have reported the pulp is practically dry so easy to dispose of in a compost container (or use in cooking where you can).I haven’t found it difficult to clean; there are only five pieces so I have a bowl of hot soapy water ready and just drop the pieces into the water to rinse, it’s easy and I do this whilst my juice is cooling over ice!. The sieve is the fiddliest to keep clean, but using the brush seems to get all the bits away (it’s a lot easier to clean then my garlic press). It is quite compact so doesn’t take up too much worktop space. I would recommend this machine as I believe it is good value for money and easy to use.

3 months in and still juicing the kale out of it...
We purchased the Aicok Slow Masticating Juicer just over 3 months ago and have used it nearly every day since.Key points:You can juice leafy veg like Kale and Spinach. You can juice harder veg like carrots. You have to chop fruit and veg up first (e.g. Apples into quarters)I have nothing to compare it against but we're more than happy with the amount of juice we get out of it.Pulp is fairly dry - maybe slightly damp would be a better description. The juice is a nice temperature, it doesn't warm up whilst being juiced. It's not ridiculously loud, I mean you know that it's on but it won't deafen you. It's easy to put together and take apart. It's not huge and in my opinion, it looks smart. It seems robust; we've had no issues after 3 months of near daily use.Kids love it and get involved in chopping the veg, putting it in the juicer (supervised of course) and most importantly - drinking the juice!Top tip: wash up all the parts as soon as you turn it off, then drink your delicious, homemade juice. I often do this with a big, smug, virtuous smile on my face but it's really up to you!Overall, we're really happy with this juicer, it does exactly what we wanted it to do and hopefully our household are all a little healthier for it.

Started well. But NOT durable over time.
Started well. But NOT durable over time.See pictures. Parts broken off the main juicer, cracks on the plastic jug provided and I had to replace it..Looks as though the design was not properly tested for durability before putting on the market

i would recommend using a strainer on the juice before you drink ...
Received this yesterday, currently on my 6th juice, its handled Kale, Broccoli, Carrots, Pineapple (including core), apples, oranges, celery, lemon, lime, ginger, romaine lettuce, mint, parsley, i would recommend using a strainer on the juice before you drink it just to remove that bit of pulp that slips through, loving it so far and had no issues, very easy to clean, when taking apart you have to press a button which releases the chute for the veg to go into, makes it safe so it can not come off while juicing :), will update when ive used it more

Good juicer but it broke rather quickly
Great juicer, it give you lots of juice from quite a little. And reasonably easy to clean as the parts come away. However, after only 2 days of use the main plastic enclosure cracked while I was juicing a carrot - I'd even cut it onto strips as I'm conscious of over stressing these machines. As far as I'm aware they don't send out spares, so I have to return the entire item or stick in out. Very inconvenient. Aside from the crack in the plastic, a good juicer, especially for the price.

Great sturdy piece of kit for the price
Bought this for my wife as she was looking for a masticating juicer and the reviews were very good. Arrived promptly and within minutes was up and running. I was a little concerned about how strong everything was but 6 months on after daily use it is still going strong. Easy to clean, however like other people I don't put the green end bit in the sink as water can ingress. It comes with a 3 year warranty so can't be bad. Glad I bought this one.Update: 9 months on a couple of plastic parts on the juicer extractor broke off. I contacted Aicok direct and although they couldn't supply the replacement parts they offered a returned unit. I agreed and the return unit was unused so I swapped out the parts I required. I am still happy with the juicer and can't fault the customer service from Aicok.

Brilliant little juicer, tough as old boots!
This juicer is amazing! Ploughs through everything from kale to beetroot to ginger and everything else I've put through it. The pulp comes out really dry on most things, citrus fruits are wetter but you can just pop the pulp through again if your bothered by it. It's give so much juice and there are no bits! Another bonus is it's really easy to clean and is lovely and compact so doesn't take up much room.It is a little time consuming chopping everything up quite small so I've found chopping things into strips rather than cubes considerably cuts down on the number of chops and therefore time. It can handle the strips no problem.I only wish the jug was bigger as I fill it very quickly. I've done the Jason Vale 5 Day Juice Challenge this week so a bigger jug would have lent itself much better to my batch juicing, but it's taken some hammer and has done a great job and is still going strong :) Very happy.

What’s up, doc?
So far, I have only tried juicing carrots. It’s been disastrous. A lot less juice than my centrifugal juicer and on carrot number three it konked out.I have returned the juicer and received a full refund which was a relief.
