Works in exo terra compact canopy top
Works in my exo terra compact canopy top. Much cheaper than exo terra ones. Will definitely buy again.

Exactly what it says it is, just make sure the light is covered from yourself as the bulb is very bright?

DANGEROUS!!!
The media could not be loaded. Doesn't even deserve the 1 star given but won't allow me to do 0. This review is based on the ZooMed product and not the seller. I bought four of these bulbs on separate orders. The 1st one worked lovely so proceeded to purchase again for a second viv. That one arrived and blew immediately. I assumed it was just a dodgy bulb and ordered 2 more. WELL... This is where I advised never to buy, better still the seller should stop selling this product for ZooMed. Both bulbs in two separate viv's have almost immediately started sparking and you could see sparks inside the plastic casing. They made a horrific crackling noise and filled the Viv with smoke. The poor snakes didn't know what was happening when I'm having to tear them from their hides incase of catching fire. Although electrics were shut off, they continued to smoke and were red hot to touch as you can see in the video. I’m too scared now to buy these ever again as if I’d walked out the room after switching them on and before this happend I’d be in a different situation right now. Amazon customer service were amazing and issued a full refund on all 4 bulbs immediately, DO NOT BUY.

Do not buy!
Only doing 1 star because I can’t do 0. Proceed with caution. I bought two of these bulbs (could have been a faulty batch in fairness as I have used this brand and had these bulbs before) and they’ve just almost set my house on fire. Both bulbs in two separate pieces of equipment have almost immediately started sparking and you could see orange sparks inside the casing. They made a horrible noise and continued to crackle. They’re also mercury bulbs so not something you want to be messing around with. I’m too scared now to buy these ever again as if I’d walked out the room fast after switching them on I’d be in a different situation right now. Amazon customer service were amazing and have said they will contact the manufacturer to investigate, but buy at your own risk!!
