⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Perfect for Natural-Looking Brows!I absolutely love this brow pencil! The Ash Brown shade matches my brows perfectly—it’s not too warm or too dark. Very fine, thin nib which creates authentic eye brows, which can be styled using the small brush attachment.Washes off easily. Very happy with my purchase.

Unusable. Used to be great, now awful.
I have been using this product in the same shade for years and always found it to be great, but this last one is useless. Hardly any colour comes off onto skin and it snaps, constantly! Nothing like it usually is. This one is unusable and going in the bin.

Avoid Ash Brown on Amazon
I’ve used this for years in Espresso and love it as a product, my go to! However, I decided it was a bit warm for me and bought Ash Brown (from a physical store) a couple of months ago which I liked much better. I was running out so re-ordered Ash Brown on Amazon for the first time and it was discoloured, almost grey (compared to my old blunt ash brown, a totally different colour), had no colour pay off and snapped at the smallest bit of pressure. Having read other reviews, this seems to be an issue with the Ash Brown shade specifically so I would avoid purchasing this shade on Amazon!I’ve had no issues with Espresso previously. I’m sad to see that it can’t be returned or refunded either.
