First Words

I purchased these for my son who is autistic. We play a variety of games with them (mainly find the --, or go through them and say all of the names) Pictures are bright and cheerful and the back of the cards is simple black and white of what the card says. The photos are more realistic than others and they all look to have been done by the same artist. The photos are very minimal, many are the actual item with a plain white background and overall little distraction. Only issue I suppose some people may have with these is that many of the words are american english. Good Size cards, good price, overall very happy.

Great flash cards to educate your littles on their first words we use them every day for our one year old twins and they love handing the cards to us to read and even try to sound out some of the words won’t be long before their saying most of them. A great price point also very happy & useful product

These are amazing, great pictures, very colourful and easy for children to learn and remember new words/ pictures! My 2 year old absolutely love the first words range, I bought 4 different brighter child flash card packs. He loves them all and he has leant a lot of new words by pointing at them in groups as he can't talk yet. The only down side is that he does bend them, but this will happen with all cards it just shows that they are being used. I have added a photo bellow to show how they bend but he doesn't seem to mind and he loved to put them back into the box at the end (this is a bonus of helping to teach him to tidy up)!

so i purchased this item as a birthday gift for my niece's 1st birthday. not too experienced in this department and figured it'll be a good buy for the future, from my understanding these types of flash cards can start to work for a child from as early as 1 and a half years of age, upon further research there isn't a drastic advantage to using these for your child but also does not mean it isn't viable. These flash cars are extremely basic and straight forwards considering they are for children 4+ thats exactly what you need as you would be the one handling them. quality of the cards are very basic cardboard very bendy and flimsy but that by no means is a fault. the pictures and colours are also very standard but still add a nice child friendly looks to it with nice colours and easy plain text words with not too difficult and unnecessary designs. to conclude its pretty much exactly what you'd be looking for when needing children flashcards nice little box you can always pack them away into when not in use. Pros: very easy to read and basic cards are easy to handle decent quality from what you'd expect a children's flashcard to be box to store the cards cons: cards are flimsy not always a fault but if you're planning to use them for a while they may start to have signs of ware due to the flimsyness and basic cardboard if children were to get a hold of them can be bad with the chemicals the cards may have other than that not much else to say very happy with my purchase :)

Great cards my son loves them

Lovely laminated feel to the cards. Good size too, see picture for size compare to a magazine. Words are clear and easy for older ones to see. I got these for my toodler who turns two in couple weeks to try help him pick up words more, he was walking by 11 months but his speech is slower. He does talk just not a lot so got these on hope he will enjoy them and pick up words more. Deleted was swift and cards are I I damaged. I’d highly reckon these

I bought these flashcards to use with my 2 year old at the start of lockdown. They have been a great learning activity and great value for money. We change a couple of the words like pants to trousers, spinning top to toy . I ended up also buying the flashcards for colours & shapes, the alphabet and numbers, as my little one really enjoyed making games out of the flashcards and leaning at the same time.

I used the flash card as a learning tool for my 3 year old ASD grandson. He enjoyed his table time because of the colourful cards. Thank you.

Ho queste carte a casa e le ho prese anche per mio nipote in Italia. A parte le parole in inglese che impareranno piu' in la (hanno 2 e 3 anni), queste carte sono colorate, grandi (circa il doppio delle carte Piacentine per esempio) e con immagini che possono essere abbinate a parole sia italiane che inglesi. Sono anche utili per giocare a manipolarle. Per qualche motivo questi piccoletti adorano tirarle fuori dalla scatola e poi rimetterle dentro. Ci possono giocare a lungo. Inoltre, quando noi giochiamo a carte, se loro hanno queste si siedono vicino a noi e fanno finta di giocare con noi.

Though these are thin cards & you need to give it to your child in your supervision. But they are worth buying. My daughter loved it at first sight.
