As another reviewer says, this medicine really is the difference between getting a chest infection or not. If you are prone to chest infections, keep this medicine handy. When you begin to develop that chesty cough, when the mucus just feels stuck to your bronchials and you can't cough it up, and getting breathless - take this medicine spaced out four times a day. It really does thin the mucus at the end of the first day, and you will probably not get an infection because the germs won't be stuck in your lungs. I was recently on the verge of going for antibiotics (after two weeks of trying to fight it myself), but after 24 hours of taking this, I didn't need to. Not sure why doctors don't prescribe this to patients with chest infections to combat the overuse of antibiotics? ? ? Also, keep taking it regularly for a few days: don't be tempted to stop before a few days, otherwise the germs will still be present and the mucus will get sticky again. Only downside is that it took 5days to arrive from this seller - if you've got a cough now, go and get some from the supermarket and order one from this seller to keep in for next time!!

still got the cough not the medicines fault diagnosed with asthma might try again as had some short term relief

PROS:- - It works. After one dose the mucus loosens within 15 minutes - It doesn't taste offensive CONS:- - Doesn't clear mucus on throat from post nasal drip but it doesn't profess to IN CONCLUSION A great medicine for loosening stubborn mucus allowing it to be coughed up. Not attractive but a great relief!
