Wow! If you need a boresight, buy this one! Im very impressed with this! The green laser is super bright for a small boresight! Same as my $200 picanntiny hunting laser. The magnet is very strong. It won't budge at all when you are adjusting your sights. I was able to adjust my sights perfectly on my AR and AK. The magnet has various size ridges, so you can perfectly center the sight on the end of your rifle barrel or muzzle break. It comes with two rechargeable CR2 3.0V 800mAh Lithium Batteries, two magnet to barrel scratch protectors, two shooting range papers used to adjust your sights, and a very nice thick plastic box. The boresight is all metal and has some nice weight to it. It's definitely a high-quality item. QR-Laser's products have yet to disappoint me. 👍💯

It takes a little getting it lined up on barrel

First, biggest con is trying to properly align this on your barrel. Not as useful forMy longer distance zeroing assists, so I use this on shorter distance.But it does what it is intended to do: IT GETS YOUR SHOTS ON PAPER! IT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO GET YOU A BULLSEYE RIGHT AWAY! Please read that part average Joe. The battery last quite awhile, still on first one. Comes with a nice case. They included an adhesive target, but it was folded so many times, it seems useless to try and smooth out for use. It saved me rounds on my PS90, and that ammo is not cheap.

Laser is dead-center and exactly perpendicular to the magnetic base - what else do you need? Not that bright though, would be very difficult to see at 50 yards on a sunny day, unless you use reflective target (not included).Overall, I was positively surprised with the results, especially after trying a couple of in-bore lasers (and not the cheap $15 ones) - this one is way more accurate and convenient.

Purchased last December it worked then. I haven't used it in a while. It's been stored in a climate control house. I went to use it and now it won't turn on and it won't charge. So don't count on it to work when you need it. Next thing, it is supposed to have a 12 month warranty as listed in their instruction booklet. Forget that! The documentation doesn't give any contact information. Stay away from this brand.UpdateFinally got in contact with company through Amazon. The company did contact me because of the negative reviews not for my warranty request. So I responded back requesting a warranty claim or refund. They replied it was Amazon customer service responsibility who told me it was past the return window and couldn't do anything.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THERE PRODUCTS ARE JUNK. THEY DO NOT HONER THERE WARRANTY.

I have owned a Sightmark Boresight for several years, that also attaches to the outside of the barrel, but that has a self-centering arbor that depresses into the bore and sight. The Sightmark has some limitations on certain firearms because of the arbor, so I thought I’d give this one a go to see how it would work and compare.I ordered the model with the green laser since it is easiest to see in daylight and my Sightmark also has a green laser, and the laser intensity and battery duration compare similarly to my other model, although this unit is much shorter with the battery compartment as a right-angled protrusion. I find an advantage to this which is that if the magnetic connection happens to be weak, maybe because of a flash hider or compensator, it is easier to hold it in place. Like my Sightmark, this will work on any caliber firearm.The case it comes in is well padded and very protective, and apparently this unit is submersible waterproof, but I won’t be using this in wet conditions, as rain would redirect the laser to an incorrect alignment. I also like that it has an on/off switch like those found on the tail cap of a flashlight. My Sightmark has no switch, so if I forget to take the battery out of that one, it will drain it fairly quickly.Despite how well this works, it does have an odd quirk for which I am deducting one star: There are some nice concentric rings on the magnetic base of the sight for properly centering it on the end of the barrel of the gun, however, the protective magnetic pads do not have the circles, so if you use them, they cover the aligning ability. Seems like a design flaw and an unnecessary shortcoming.In order to use this unit properly, I will not be using the protective pads, so I will have to be careful with the magnet so that it doesn’t scratch the crown of the barrel of any of my firearms. This costs a bit more than my other Boresighter but seems to have an equal number of advantages as well as limitations that I think it is likely worth the money.

Works very well. I attached it to a cheap 22 rifle with small dia barrel that was sighted in with a bdc scope at 50m. The laser was within 6 in or so at about that distance which is close enough to get the first shot on the paper.

It’s off by about 2.5” high and 2.5” left at 30 yards, but the laser is straight. Long as your crown is flat it’ll get you on paper. Good for the price

It's a 5mW laser and it is very strong compared to what I use in the past that is also within the same power output. Honestly I got this for my optic jig (aligning lens and future "particle image velocimetry") not for sport. The shape is very ideal if you want to improvide cylinder clamp.However the battery provided are not re-chargeable and also double check from the seller. I have no idea why the other reviewer claim they are re-chargeable when they are not. Don't put yourself at risk and charge them.

QR green laser magnetic bore sight. This unit comes in a nice hard plastic case , includes 2 batteries , manual, 2 sighting targets,2 barrel protectors , Allen key, And laser. This thing is quite bright and the magnet is very strong now I can sight in anything basically without having to fire a single round, so far very happy with the product. Price is fair for a quality product.
