Good quality silicone mould. They have a nice amount of definition, although the small cubes do melt quite quickly, the large one takes a fair old time to melt in a nice, very large, G&T. (What a way for "Ham" Solo to go!)Also, if you want "crystal clear" (rather than cloudy ones), then you need distilled water, otherwise the salts and what-have-you in normal water, make the ice crystals opaque and they look cloudy. (Still look really good though in a very large G&T!)Great for both Star Wars fans and people who just like big cold drinks on hot days (which can very often be the same person!)Incidentally, it Is also good for making 1 small(ish) and 6 mini chocolate bars, which come out with a nice level of detail.I have also used one of these to make fobs for keyrings as part of an arts and crafts project (turns out, it's a great cheap mould for that and works really well with resin, to produce a personalised key ring for any star wars fan)Good funOne star off for being a bit pricey; I bought an identical one on ebay for 99p, so my advice would be to shop around.

What a great idea! Was so chuffed when I stumbled across this (and other characters) for my Star Wars mad son. However, its a little disappointing, as only the large mould really produces an effective representation, whereas the small ones are pretty obscure and not really easily identifiable as 'Han in the Carbonite'. If they just improved those moulds it would be absolutely brilliant!

Awesome product really funky and a must for any star wars fans. The only downside is that unless you use a mineral or distilled water you won't get all of the features and you need to use them within a clear liquid to get any detail from the blocks.

If your cold beverage seems incomplete without an ice replica of Han Solo frozen in carbonate, then this is a product you should consider! The moulding is a little indistinct and one could be forgiven for wondering why Maverick from Top Gun or John McClane from Die Hard is frozen in carbonate and floating in your strawberry daiquiri...

ice cube tray is made from a durable rubber and is pretty cool, a little smaller than i anticipated but still good.

Bought for my husband who is a massive star wars fan. It put a great big smile on his face. He's currently using it for making ice for his drinks.

Han Solo is only recognizable in the larger one of the forms.
