Worked great, this was plug and play for the one I had previously and took care of the loud vibration/instability that the previous one had. No complaints, installed it a few weeks ago now and no issues. I can tell by the feel of it that it is well made, not cheap plastic for the case.

Worked perfectly for my GE refrigerator: GTH17BBC2RWW. Easy to swap out the old motor with the new motor.Symptoms: load noise from freezer, freezer at proper temperature but fridge not cooling before 45 degrees.Actions: swapped evap motor and freezer to fridge styrofoam ducting insulation.Result: quiet freezer, fridge cooling as desired.

Fan motor worked well for me, we will see if it holds up. One star deducted due to shipping. The part was in a plastic bag and then shipped by Amazon in a paper envelope. Probability that the motor shaft gets bent is pretty high. Mine appeared to be unscathed but i did have to inspect it closely. Motor should be in a corrugate box.

Easy replacement. Done in 15 minutes. Old fan blade fits snug on the shaft. I had to use the spacers (included) to get the motor to fit correctly on my fridge. I agree with the earlier comment that it arrived in a soft bag and the shaft could be bent if handled rough through the mail (my only negative comment).

Nice to see that the product is of the actual item shown in the picture. Label on motor is of the Panasonic brand and is made in Thailand, not some generic no name brand made in China. The new motor comes with an extra ground wire in the connector but the connector from my fridge end doesn't have this additional ground so it wasn't necessary for me to use it but I connected it to the mounting bracket anyways. I reused the old fan blade as it was still in good condition. My old motor was making a rattling noise but with the new one it is so much more quieter! The price is much cheaper than anywhere else too!
