Easy for kids to learn and have fun cooking

I purchased this for my granddaughter and was pleasantly surprised. The Recipes are simple to follow for early chefs and the photography is great. They offer a lot of cute ideas that are simple enough for kids

My kids and I all love making recipes from this fun book! Enjoyable for both my toddlers (with help) and ten-year-old (by herself), and the recipes are delicious!

1) Text is well done for elementary school-aged readers.2) Photos are enticing.3) Cute jokes - what kid doesn't love a good joke?4) The pages that explain different utensils and terms are very clear and easy to understand.5) Variety with easy directions to follow.

I really love introducing growing, selecting, preparing, cooking food to my kids and grandkids at a young age. I learned quickly that kids who are involved are more adventurous eaters (especially with fruits and veggies.) If your little one is texture sensitive then just through my opinion out the window. My husband still gags on a variety of food :) ANYWHO...I bought this for my 4 year old grandson. The pictures and ingredients are perfect and the recipes are easy to follow. Fun for "nailed it" fail photos when our version doesn't exactly turn out like the perfect cook book photo. I tell him it's just for inspiration. His is a masterpiece!
