Please could you tell me if the scissors are adjustable? The pair I have are too stiff for me to use :-(

Mine were perfect on delivery, you would need a 3.5mm or 9/32" hex key to fit the screw to adjust, so I suggest you return them for an exchange.

what is the difference between Fiskars razor edge and the Fiskars classic dressmaking scissors?

Would these be any good for cutting pom poms?

Yes they would . They are very crisp sharp scissors. Ideal for most material /fabric and threads . A very good purchase . I am very happy with mine
