I got on really well with this product. I bought it to remove my upper lip hair. I like how I don't need to fuss about with heating the gel, and how the strips are reusable. It's a straight forward apllication. It took me two attempts to get the hang of it. I look forward to using it again.

As someone who has been waxing her own eyebrows at home since the COVID-19 pandemic forced everyone into lockdown, and waxing everywhere else for 5 years, I thought I’d give this cheap and much esteemed product a try. From the reviews, results appeared promising so I wasn’t too hesitant to give my money away to a company I felt would meet my reasonably decent expectations.Unfortunately, this item simply didn’t work for me. The wax is very cheap and unusually messy, the stick is not strong enough and no matter how much product is applied, I feel the hair pull is lacklustre, only taking a couple strands at a time. If anything the only way I could see this product working is if you were to really punish your skin and hair follicles with an excessively large amount of wax and force: that’s just not for me since I believe you should be especially kind to your skin when you’re putting it through the waxing procedure.Ultimately you get what you pay for. Please understand the results are paramount to however much money you spend on your desired item. I will be putting this in the bin which is a shame for the environment, and resorting back to a different brand.

This is so easy to use as the dispenser is an angled shape and you don't need to heat up first. If you read and follow the instructions then you get great results quickly and easily. Only downside is that you run out of strips before wax, but resolved this by buying extra strips from Amazon so can use the whole lot wax.

Its not what I expected not still ok

I'm very impressed with this product: the wipes leave a pleasant, clean feeling, the applicator pen is quick and easy to use, and I love that it doesn't require any heating. I also appreciate that the cotton strips are easy to wash and re-use (I just submerged mine in warm water and rubbed them with my finger, and the dried wax and hair came right off). I have no experience waxing and was very happy with the shape and precision I was able to create. I didn't experience any of the issues other reviewers are reporting, though I admittedly do have light, fine hair, and can't speak to how the product works for darker or courser hair. Very cost effective for my purposes and I can see myself getting 3-4 uses (several weeks apart) out of this kit. I highly recommend it.

Does the job perfectly, will definitely be buying more as it’s so much easier to do my eyebrows at home now :)

When I bought these wax strips, I was hoping for a salon-quality eyebrow wax at home. What I got instead was a product that makes me wonder if someone swapped out the wax for non-stick cooking spray.Imagine trying to use a sticky note to catch a greased pig—that's about how effective these strips are at removing hair. As soon as you press them on, they practically slide right off, as if my eyebrow hairs are coated in Teflon.I’ve had more success removing lint with a weak piece of tape than I had trying to use these wax strips on my brows. If you’re looking for a light, gentle caress for your facial hair with zero results, this is your product. If you’re actually trying to remove hair, you’re better off with a stiff breeze. Save your money, and your brows!

Was unsure if to order as it has some bad reviews but worked perfectly for me, really easy. I fear people weren’t following instructions about putting it on the way the hair grows then pulling it off the opposite way? I didn’t go too close as trying to grow them out a bit but this will be a new regular for me. Next time I’ll do it straight after I’ve dyed brows.
