These are fantastic. I've tried other brands, but these are awesome, actually follow the directions and you will not have a problem with them. You need to make sure the area you're going to put them on is dry and free of hair and also make sure when you put them on the top part of the nip. Make sure it does not have creases.

Used for marathon training and marathon race. When sweaty, they would begin to fold into the nipple but still stayed on and not noticeable while running. Protected from any chafing while running. Wish it looked smoother on the outside as the creases of the nipple guard can be seen on the outside of the shirt which looks kind of funky.

Amazing product!!! My nips have been chafing from intense workouts and these saved the day. No more irritation or bleeding, and they stick well it’s almost hard to get them off (not complaining). These didnt work, actually molade dri fit shirts look worse. Bunched up and easily could see. Not worth the money. Should have returned. Maybe i still can.

I would say that these are absolutely fine if your chest is hairless. Otherwise, removing them is painful, especially since the adhesive is much stronger than an ordinary bandaid.
