Do they bleed through the paper? I was hoping to use them for my bullet journal and so many pens bleed through even though the paper is not thin.

They haven't bled through on my A4 lined sheets of paper. However, in my nu:era book (where the pages are thicker) they haven't bled through but they do show more. I think the paper must be more porous in the book. If your journal is similar they may also bleed through.

There’s purple, pink, orange, green and blue. The ink that comes out is pretty much the same colour as you can see on the tip of the pen.
