Bought as a replacement for the very old unit in my van and I think it's amazing for the money. It doesn't come with a DAB antenna so I opted to go for the powered antenna from Hama (about £40), not the windscreen mounted jobbies and I can't fault the radio reception and the ton of stations I have to chose from. Nice display, easy to use menus, sounds nice and clear even through my 15 year old van speakers, connected easily to my android phone by bluetooth and when playing spotify through it it displays all the track info and you can skip and rewind tracks. Haven't used the handsfree function for calling yet. If I had to pick a fault it's that when you first power it up the display is set to cycle through a cascade of various colours like Blackpool illuminations in demo mode but this is easily turned off in the menu.

Superb value for money. Easily fitted in my Z3M Coupe just be mindful that there is a low output amp in the Z3Ms and it requires some adapting to work at proper volume. Everything works a treat - DAB works using aerial splitter

Good bit of kit. Had it for a while now and its been flawless. Sound is very good, so its brought my very old Toyota corolla into the modern age.

Bought this after experimenting with a cheap DAB adapter. Found the tuner in this to be much more sensitive so reception is much better with virtually no drop outs. The options for sound configuration are amazing and include a 13 band equaliser plus 3 loudness levels and 3 bass boost options. I had considered upgrading my stock speakers but they now sound amazing so no need. Fitting was easy, I use a DAB aerial splitter which means no need for new DAB aerial and works just fine. With multi coloured illumination to add to the mix, I could not recommended this unit highly enough. For this price you really can't go wrong.

usual pioneer quality, looks smart and colour change is nice. comes with the wired mic while plugs into the back of the unit you just need to run the cable somewhere up high or where you like but is easy, also requires a dab antenna which doesn’t come included but again is easy to install, i would recommend external aerial for the best signal is a little bit trickier to install and maybe some drilling of bodywork to install but is worth it.

Checked with supplier prior to purchase that this unit included all wiring (ISO) harness and microphone, really helpful phone conversation and they confirmed it did. Fitted in our caravan with aerial splitter (bought seperately a year ago in anticipation) and immediately received approx 100 DAB stations. (no lie) Took my time installing with job complete in approx two hours. Caravan has an existing 18" long old school telescopic aerial, and nothing fancy. Took my time deciding on which unit to purchase and glad i did, this works a treat and even has an phone app to control main functions from the comfort of my awning. Rapid dispatch received two days later. Superb value at just over a £100.00 Go on treat yourself, you'll be glad you did.

probably a bit mean giving this a 3 but whilst the unit is good and the sound so far excellent, the handbook is a joke, a real pain to get to some of the options and some I want to find I just have not be able to yet. Easy to fit, the controls on the steering wheel work fine so good, big big big pain is the mic for calls, I was replacing a previous unit and already had the cable routed and this is a monumental job for such a routine item, so thought I would just use the one I already had fitted, NO NO NO, for some reason best known to themselves Pioneer use a 3mm jack plug !!!!!!!!! so you have to use their mic WTF? just be aware of this when fitting it.

Very pleased with the unit initally. Easy to setup bluetooth, DAB was clear and sound very good. But, after just over 12 months the unit kept coming up with Antenna Error. It turns out the unit now has a faulty DAB receiver with repair costs very similar to buying a new DAB radio. Not very impressed with Pioneer.
