Pros: - Great cable Flexibility - Lightweight - 1 meter (3 feet) good length Cons: - Expensive Since the introduction of the iPhone 15 (which requires a USB-C) connector , these cables have become more relevant. It's expensive but the quality is high (you get what you pay for). Upon opening the box, you feel the flexible woven cable design right away that you don't get with other cables. The cheap USB-C cables are not flexible and feels thick and sturdy. This is not that. It's a high quality cable rated for 60 watts which should handle most tasks thrown at it.

I’ve only ever used the cord that came with my 10th gen iPad to charge it, and am weirdly super anal about that cord being used on any other device.. yet still randomly last week my iPad just decided out of no where that she didn’t like that cord anymore!? No matter which way I flipped and turned or straightened it out, which Apple base I used with it, which outlet, or if I just plugged the usb c into my laptop, she was NOT having anything to do with it and very sadly ended up taking a week off while I frantically ordered different “pretend Apple certified” usb c to usb c cords that claimed to work with my model iPad but in fact did not… to the point that I started to second guess my actual iPad.. was she being a biatch and refusing to charge all together? Or just very snooty about the brand of cord she would allow to charge her?? I came across this actual Apple brand cord on here and realized I probably had no other choice but to spend MORE on Miss Princess over here. At first nothing happened and I almost cried thinking she had actually just COMPLETELY GIVEN UP all hope!? She was still wayyy too young for that!? I had her whole life ahead of me…. But after about half of a day being g plugged into my laptop, she came on with 13% battery. The happiest 13% of my life?! Now she seems to be charging normally again but I also realized my laptop has to be charged to a certain amount before anything will begin charging from it.., I think it also helps when these also connected to his battery when I’m plugging her in. I still have not tried charging her normally with the Apple again base yet because this is working. So don’t want to risk a repeat meltdown. Hopefully this helps someone else in a similar position because all I was hoping to find was a review along these lines from someone, somewhere, whose device had survived something similar to this ordeal, to give me hope that mine would too! It’s just stupid that they’re charging $19 for a cord and have obviously made it impossible, even with a much more universal USB C cord, to be purchased from any other company than Apple! Sneaky…. Smart… but still rude.

I like the quality of Apple’s new charger cables, but I hate the length. I think this cord is good for in the car but I had to buy longer cords for in the house. I like the braided style they went with instead of the cheap rubber insulation they used in the lightning cable.
