It does as it is supposed to. It is comfortable to sit in.

Nice enough chair for the price, easy to assemble, except the adjustable part did not last long, and the seat won't stay in the heightened position, but sinks down low again as soon as it is sat on

For £32 this is good value for money. It's probably not the best quality -the seat covering material is not the thickest but what do you expect for this price. Be interesting to seehow long it lasts. It does the job well enough and is reasonable comfortable. Easy to assemble - just be careful not tocross thread the bolts that attach the arm, as one or two of the holes didn't quite line up squarely with thebolts.

The chair is great. I read few reviees where people have written that the chair is not comfortable as it droops forward. The problem is not the chair. The problem is the way you have assembled the chair.Rember the followingThe plate that connects the seat with hydrolic shock absorber needs to be fixed in a way that ensures that height adjuster lever is on your right side when you sit in the chair. This will ensure that the chair does not droop forward and is perfectly positioned for comfortable seating.The return procedure will cost you about £11 which will be deducted out of your refund. But if you are returning it due to drooping reason then dont because there is no issue with the chair due to the reason stated above

I bought this item as my last collapsed under me, so I bought this in a rush and its was a lot cheaper than others , didn't expext much but can say im actually very happy with it, its easy to put together, sturdy, firm, and great for using at pc, for the price id recommend it.

Whilst this was very easy to put together and looks good, it is unfortunately extremely uncomfortable. It has a very upright seating position which can not be adjusted which meant my back ached quite quickly. It also has a long seat base which pressed on the back of my legs and felt uncomfortable. Several members of my family have tried the chair and none have found it comfortable. It's been relegated to the shed and I'm looking for another one now, this time with more adjustment options.

So I had this chair for a short while and the main issue was the gas cylinder main support. It just lost all support and kept dropping the chair to the lowest position whilst using it. Resetting the chair worked for a few hours then back down it would drop.The back is held upright by the arm rests. I lent back in the chair one day and one of the arms just snapped and the back slipped away from the seat on one side.Examining the arm it was clear how little arm rest material was left around the two holes which secured the arm to the base. The arm had just snapped vertically down the two holes, the weakest part of the arm.Fortunately, I was able to quickly raise the original issue and received a refund, so at least that was something. However, I now don't feel very environmentally friendly throwing a chair away after such little use.
