I like the design of this holder. I didn't want to mess around with magnetic holders. My iPhone 13 Pro is in an Otterbox Commuter series case, and this fits very snugly. It sits on my MacBook Pro perfectly for the continuity camera feature to work.I agree with some other reviewers that the type of plastic and the very sharp edges make this feel like it isn't quite ready for prime time. That's a shame, since I think the design is better than the other holders out there. I decided to use some very smooth sand paper to round out the edges a bit, even though I'm not actually worried that the very hard plastic could actually scratch the iPhone glass. After a bit of work, it was actually easier to get my phone into it and it feels better in the hand as I put it on/off. For the price, I think this could be a bit more refined. I'm still glad I got it, though.

This is really clever and works fine if your laptop is on a desk. But if you're really lazy and you have your laptop on a bed or a couch, if the laptop moves, the phone just SLIIPPPS right out of it. I tried kind of squishing it to keep it tighter, but it just immediately slides out. I think if I weren't lazy I could add some electrical tape or something to keep it in place, but really, it's fine if you just kinda hold still.

Works great.Pros:I only tested with an iPhone 12 Pro Max. It has a rubber case and it fits perfectly. No need to remove the case.Fits nice on the M1 pro MacBook Pro 14”. You can slide it easily where you want to place the camera.Fits snug on a MacBook pro 15” 2014. Does not slide so easy.Note: This is not the camera mount fault but the camera I used is heavy. On the 14” MacBook Pro, if the screen is too far back, the weight drops the screen down.I highly recommend this.

I purchased the TEYOUYI Continuity Camera Mount for iOS 16 Compatible with iPhone, but found it to be made of cheap plastic and not worth the money. I ended up returning the product. While the mount is compatible with the iPhone, the overall quality was disappointing. I would not recommend this product to others looking for a camera mount.

Does not fit with MacBook Pro case

I tried putting my phone in this with the case on and had 0 luck, it was about to break

Edges are too sharp. It will scratch the MacBook and iPhone.

Purchased for my son. Since he has a Mac mini, I got this so he can use his iPhone 11 for FaceTime. It doesn’t fit the phone with a thin case on, and it doesn’t fit over the flatscreen monitor he has.

The slot for the phone isn’t padded or smooth. Will likely scratch phone screen. If this had been made from a softer plasic, would have been excellent. A real shame. Cannot recommend due to the (likely)potential screen scratching issue.
