Novaro White Bunk Bed by Ideal Furniture Novaro

My neighbour and I just about managed to put these together today. There were several issues:1. Instructions were completely inaccurate. Many of the parts were incorrectly refferenced or not referenced at all.2. There are 2 screw holes where the 2 beds are supposed to join together but no fixings were in the pack. We had to fashion these ourselves.3. When screwing slats in place one of the side rails split almost to the point of no return. We managed to rectify this using some additional screws to secure the fault.Overall I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of these Bunk Beads.

Item arrived in good time as 4 boxes of various sizes and weights, one required two people to make it easier to carry. Packaging was adequate as no damage was caused to contents and not too much cardboard and polystyrene to get rid of. All parts were accounted for and all the tools required were included, but I strongly recommend you use an electric power screwdriver to fit the many screws required. The wood is solid pine with an almost complete white paint finish, some parts were lighter than others, but by no means is it a distressed or white-washed finish as others state. The instructions do need updating and correcting, as I found it was telling me to use screws that were clearly not correct and not matching up with the diagrams, which are on the small side. Nevertheless, I did manage to follow them. The only gripe I have it that two of the pre-drilled holes on the uprights were slightly incorrect and needed some force to get the screws in - I didn't bother contacting the supplier for a replacement. Took me about 3 hours to put together one evening (after work) on my own, but we're really happy with the end result and our two kids love it.

I got the product two days ago and only put it up today... I started at 15:00 and finished at 22:16.Most of the time was taken up trying to work out the instructions - when people said in their reviews the instructions are poor, I thought they don't do much DIY.When I saw the instructions I knew what everyone was talking about.The letter next to each srew or part doesn't match - it tells you to put some screws aside but doesn't tell you when to screw them in.Now the bed is up, I think wow this bed is amazin

After contacting the company to request a specific delivery date I was really happy that not only were they accommodating but the bed arrived on the requested day.I also received a phone call later that day to ensure the bed had arrived.The bed is very sturdy and had a few minor dents and scuffs which is to be expected. It looks really good and my girls love it.The only thing that wasn't great was the instructions. This took a lot of looking at and wasn't the clearest but eventually we got there. And it was well worth it seeing the look on my 6 and 3 yr old faces.

The grandchildren love their bunks.Now the 8 year old can customize the ceiling and the 3 year old has decorated the underside of the top bunk and the walls around it.Every sleepover is an adventure.Assembling was time consuming BUT everything fitted perfectly as per picture instructions.They are extremely sturdy.

Absolutly beautiful bunkbeds, bigger than I thought they would be which was a bonus! The instructions were a little tricky to follow initially but we got there in the end. During assembly one of the headboards got damaged, luckily Homeward Bound Interiors went out of their way to help in supplying me with new headboards at a very reasonable price.Overall I am very pleased as are my children with the bunkbeds!

Good bed once set up BUT diagram instructions it came with were wrong in some parts so be careful! (Some screws types labeled wrongly-in step 2 you have to use the larger screws when making the headboards). Also our ladder wasn't reversible as advertised.

Item as described, but has lots of exposed holes where bolts are. There are no white caps as shown on photographs.
