Does this purchase come pre-strung?

Hi good day, We have two listing , one are fulfill by Amazon had been strung with string & tension 23/24 lbs and another one haven't strung.

What exactly is the string and string tension used in the Amazon warehouse model? Does 23/24 lbs mean 23 or 24?

The string model are Abroz DG67 Power. The string tension are 23 / 24 lbs ( Vertical 23 lbs, Horizontal 24 lbs)

Can you do customize string please ?
