If it says 'Best Before' then you can just try it. It's unlikely to cause you any harm. If you follow the instructions and it becomes active then it will probably work. This type of yeast needs to be pre activated with warm water before you add it to your flour, unlike 'fast acting' yeast that you mix with the dry ingredients."}}]}]}
