The Playbook: Suit Up. Score Chicks. Be Awesome

This book is brilliant, it is just so hilarious. I love 'How I met You Mother', especially Barney. The plays in this book are so fun to play around with. When my friends and I go out, we choose a play in the book to see if it would work in real life. Sad as it sounds the 'Ted Mosby' actually worked. We did change the play a bit. It said to were a tuxedo. We did not like that idea, we just dressed as if we just got broken up. And it worked. We were not shocked by this.

Then you will like this book. I cant really say anything about the contents without spoiling the fun of reading it, but as a big fan of How i meet your mother TV series i must say this book is great. You must be familiar with the series and of course the character Barney (Neil P. Harris) to understand the jokes in their full glory. I got the 2 books and i add a great time reading them, especially because it adds content to the character and all the references made to this fictional books in the series.

I read this on a trip from London to Paris and at times found myself cracking up so much that the people around me probably thought I was high. A great book if you need a pick me up. Barney is just AWESOME! The shipper also sent this pretty quick and without issue. A must have for your poker games or sunday football get togethers with your buddies...

Pretty good overall but it's missing some from himym. Such as the Robin. And I wish it had a hard cover. The pages are really thin and the book doesn't open fully. But as I said overall its pretty good.

I bought this book along with Bro on the Go and The Bro Code as someone's christmas gift and I couldn't be happier with them. Very well written and is sure to keep my friend entertained for hours. It's full of ways to score chicks and being a girl myself, i feel some of them may actually work... They arrived 2 days after placing the order (I didn't order first class)and are in excellent condition. Overall, I'm very glad with this purchase and would recommend it to any HIMYM fan or any guy.

This book was a great addition to my attempts in picking up some chicks. I was so unhappy before picking up this book and when I began trying out some of the plays something in me changed. I became a man full of confidence and lust for my next partner. Just as it was in How I Met Your Mother series, this book lists all strategies Barney did (and will do?) on the show. Too bad it doesn't contain the final page of the Playbook that was meant for Robin.
