I do not think so, you could add tea tree oil to the soap and that will give antifungal properties

Does it have that tingle sensation when you wash with it?

I did not experience quite a tingle but there was a slight feeling such as you might have when rubbing a small amount of mint, perhaps, on your skin.

Does anyone know the ratio to use this soap in a foaming soap pump?

It's kind of thin, so I filled my soap pump about a third of the way with castile soap and then the rest of the way up with water.
