Q: Can i use any coffee i.e.: colombian decaff as long as it is a turkish grind ?

As long as it's a turkish grind, it should be fine. If you're used to ordering traditional turkish coffee and you think a Colombian coffee (turkish grind) is going to taste the same, it probably won't. You see, most turkish coffee comes with "plus cardamom", which gives it a very distinct taste. But, give it a try. Worst that can happen is you're out the cost of a pound of Colombian coffee.

Q: What is the difference, taste wise, between the two brew settings?

The slow brewing function extracts more flavour but also can be a more bitter flavour. It is for coffeephiles.

Q: What cup capacities does this machine dispense?

You can make one or two cups of coffee at a time with Okka. The number of cups is selected by pressing one of the cup selection buttons on the control panel, in front of the machine. The size of the cup(s) can be entered with a 3-level button which is placed behind the unit. The default size levels are: 52, 60 and 68 ml, which covers most Turkish/Greek and Espresso coffee cup sizes in the market. This is also explained in the video. The machine has a tank capacity of 1lt, which enables up to 12 to 15 cups until the tank needs refilling.
