Bought this as an addition to our first aid kit. Has coming in handy when one of the family has has an upset stomach or headaches to re-hydrate them. There is no flavour or horrible smell so easy enough to and to your cold drinks. The consistency is like cordial so not thick or unpleasant. Always get good feedback about how they have worked. Good for the morning after a few drinks if you’ve been celebrating.

Good hydration and no nasties. But I’ve lost about 5-10% of the liquid because of leakages from the bottom of the cap, no matter how much I tighten.

I've been using Elete Water for years to improve hydration and mineral levels. Normally I'd order directly from Elete but now it's available on Amazon I can get it within 24hrs and not pay postage [prime]. I highly recommend this for anyone who sweats a lot, exercises, wants to improve concentration/performance and for general health. You can add it to anything from a coffee, shakes and squash drinks to plain water as well as adding drops to your meals. Far, far better than using expensive and high sugar 'sports' drinks.

I didn't love this product because I ended up needing the bathroom every five minutes. My body somehow wasn't able to absorb the minerals. I suffer with pots, and so maybe that's why. One I bought doesn't have any flavour, so it was good in that sense. I just didn't get on very well with it

So I had a gastric sleeve, and I just don’t have the room for enough fluids during the day anymore. Previous I used to drink 2.5L per day so I really felt dehydrated. I cannot take the massive electrolyte meds I used to, so I needed an alternative. This does the trick. I can feel an instant change in my brain when I take this, I more alert, awake and overall brighter. If I forget to add it in to my squash I notice. Definitely recommend.
