Amazing
Cant fault this tile restorer. Diluted 1 to 10 parts water. Used a cordless scrubber and the results were amaizing. On really ingrained areas just a mall small spot of undiluted restorer did the trick. Really impressed and would definitely buy again.

Works a treat
Bought one bottle to try out on our hallway tiles in our new house. Tiles are 120+ years old, so have collected a lot of dirt, thought I would have to get a professional in to clean them but it worked amazingly. The first time I tried it I diluted it and it did lift, but it was patchy, so I tried it concentrated, scrubbed at it and left it for 10 mins and it is back to the original colour (we have spare original tiles to compare). I will advise you use gloves as I stupidly didn't when I made the dilute version and it has removed the skin from 3 of my fingers. I will be ordering more to use straight from the bottle, can recommend product.

Not convinced
I tried this restorer which smells nice but did not do a great job on old victorian tiles. The stains are still there. At least the hallway smells pleasant now.

Amazing results!
What an amazing product. After years of abuse and lots of stains (including chainsaw oil, petrol and ghee from a leaking Indian takeaway) my 106 year old porch tiles look almost new. All the stains are gone and the colours are really vibrant. Very easy to use and not too much effort. I used 5 parts water to one part tile cleaner and a scrubbing brush. It only took 10 minutes to apply the cleaner, and rather than leave it 20 minutes (as the instructions say) I immediately cleaned it with water once the whole floor was covered. First with a cloth then a mop. I was a bit worried about leaving it any longer with it being the first time I’d used it. However, it didn’t need any longer. I’d highly recommend this if you have similar tiles 😁

This works! No need for professional clean!
So my builders ruined my porcelain floor trapping in dirt and grout and not sealing it. I cleaned and scrubbed but it still had stains and my stunning monochrome ‘lobby’ floor lost all appeal. I did a lot of research and found others had the same problem and resolved it with a franchise the tile doctor. I emailed but no response. I got more and more irritated and desperate. So looked up chemical floor restorer and found this. It just arrived and I did a super quick test patch with a scrubbing brush (felt like Cinderella) I poured it neat on loads of dirt came up. I waited 10 mins it says ‘don’t let it dry’ pulled gloves on as this is chemical. And voila! A tiny mark I can still see on it but as this was a quick test I’m hopeful to have better effect when I do properly. But already it has lifted horrid stains on the white part which now looks less cream and more as my design intended. I’ll do the full floor this weekend and I will clear the space and mop it first so the chemical has nothing in its way to work and I’ll do it in patches so it doesn’t dry. The space is vast so I hope I have enough. Will be their tile protector too. My tiles are porcelain. For those unsure it’s so cheap compared to professional clean you have nothing to lose and all to gain ! Good luck I may do an update picture or video!
