iThird Card Reader, 3-in-1 Micro SD / TF / SD Card Reader for iPhone / iPad / Android / Mac / PC

I bought this product after I sent back similar one that did not work. The quality of this item is good, I used it several times the last year during my hotlidays. The main reason why I bought it is to transfer my photos on Ipad. It should be mentioned however that it may not work in two cases. The first one in the cover. When you put in the card reader while having the Ipad cover on the device, it may not be recognized even though it looks like it was set up properly. I had to take off the cover first and then transfer the files. Another problem that may appear is when you put the SD card you should have forlder that is created automaticaly when you take a photograph. I have removed this folder accidently and the card reader did not see the photos. I have taken another random photo and when the folder has been added the reader could see the photos. Apart from that everything works fine.

Arrived promptly and appears to be well built. It works. Please note that it only works for photos and video files for IPhone and iPad. Should work for all files on PC. No instruction on how to eject the micro USB connector is given and I had to find it out myself by watching other YouTube videos in an unknown foreign language. Finally, I got it. Overall, it works but the lack of professionalism resulted in loss of a star. Don't know how long it will last, particularly if you need to interchange in using the micro USB connector and the USB connector frequently. Tips： remove your iPhone cover before plugging in the lightning connector

I chose this device because it was a little more expensive than some of the others and I thought this might be reflected in the quality. The item is metal but one end was bent when it arrived. The standard USB plug doesn't actually fit into any USB socket, I've tried 3 PCs so this is probably a total of 12 or so sockets and it doesn't fit any of them. If you don't need to use standard USB then it is probably suitable for you.I've returned it and I'll purchase something else.

Quality item. Minimal setup required. Perfect for reviewing footage taken skiing on your phone. Only complaint is that it requires an app to look at the videos/pictures on. - It proberably specifies this somewhere but unlike the apple one you can't just preview on photos app.

- Requires a buggy iPhone software to transfer files to iPhone (couldn't load videos)- The micro-USB in USB is very fiddly to extend- The device actually BROKE the first time I plugged it into my Mac with a 128gb micro SD (I think it overheated - it was extremely hot after a while then stopped working)I would not recommend this product.

I received a problem unit - a piece of melted plastic blocked a port but the guys resnt me a replacement quickly and without question - great service. It'ds a great little gadget, very clever and offers great flexibility with all our Apple devices - highly recommended, especially customer service!

This is a good choice for storing your iPad/iPhone information. It takes standard cards so there is no limit to what you can store, unlike som other devices which are limited to the amount of GB you pay for. Inexpensive, handy and a great product.
