It works
I tried stool softener, added fiber, more than enough water and nothing was working for days. Got this and it got things moving the morning after! And I actually enjoy the taste of it. 10/10

If you are feeling backed up or need a little extra help drink a glass of this and i promise you it will allllll come out. The taste is just eh but mixed with lemon and honey it’s actually pretty good. 👍🏻 if you drink it at night before bed be prepared to go in the am, like throughout the am 🤣.
