Love this thing it's so nice having the option to make a single cup for myself or a full pot If I have company. And it's so nice having the removable water reservoir just take it to the sink and set it back in place.

My wife loves making iced coffee from pods. I prefer a strong drip brew. Easy to go back and forth with this machine. Has worked flawlessly.

I absolutely love the brand Ninja. All my appliances are Ninja so I was highly disappointed when my coffee maker stopped working less than a year of having it! Everything lit up but the buttons stopped working. It also leaked around the base, and the water reservoir came cracked. I looked up multiple videos to try to fix it and there was nothing to fix my problem. I unfortunately had to get rid of it because it was not working at all. Highly upset with this purchase.

I love this coffee pot. The ease of use and the quality of be coffee. Easy to make a little or a lot. It is very fast making coffee. You can do specialty or iced. Grounds or pods. It fits nicely on my counter.

I love ninja products because they're always great quality. I don't know what happened here but I bought two and one of them did not work. The one that does work is absolutely wonderful and I love it. As far as the return goes I would have rather had an exchange, but it requires me to ship it back and buy a new one. If I wait for them to get it back and return my money, it could take up to two weeks maybe longer. Then I have to place my order again if they're still in stock. Otherwise I have to front the cash and wait for the return. Just a reality of online purchases. This was an "EXCELLENGT" refurbished product so I knew there was a chance of failure.----- UPDATE... I live more than an hour from a UPS drop off center and the seller would/did not send a USPS LABEL. Amazon filed a claim for a full refund and I ordered another one for replacement. So.... not overly joyed, but aliexpress doesn't have this model. :0)

Not sure why it has bad reviews - I like it much better than Keurig. Never used that arm on the side, but I brew 4-6 cups daily. I have it over two years now without malfunction. Descaling is easy - it takes over an hour, but you just run it and forget about it. It does a bit at a time and then lets it soak.Coffee tastes great. It could be a tad hotter for my taste, but I’m not complaining. I use the 8oz rich coffee setting.I bought another pot for tea. I run one empty turn between switches to get any residue out (coffee to tea or tea to coffee).

LOVE this machine! Coffee comes out great and has a lot of settings. I like this compared to our old one as it does not take up so much room on the counter that gave us a choice of single cup or a whole pot.
