It is aerosol. It is a full sized 330mls, so you might want to look for the travel size, which is 50 or 75mls I think.

Is the Medium or Strong version better? Anyone tried both and has a favourite?

I find the strong is too strong, hard to comb out.

does it work for semi-long curly hair?

It gives a lovely shine. It doesn’t hold like a good strong hairspray. But smells lush and looks very natural. Due to cost i only use it as a treat. Can use on any hair type.
