If you're considering buying this, just do it. The size of the 4kg container is exactly what you want if you're needing a constant around the clock protein top up to your diet. Comes in a bucket with a handle, and really lasts.I didn't experience any side effects from it, and seemed pretty effective at what it's designed for. I had around 6-8 shakes a day, and it seemed to last forever.Energy levels were decent on this, then again I was mixing it with creatine, so take that into account. Was pretty straight forward, pop the lid, take 2-3 scoops, and mix with your preferred liquid.Mixed it with coffee, mixed it with milk, mixed it with water. Works well with all of them.

Good stuff. I do toot. I do like chocolate. Its very filling. Cant go wrong. Unless you cant carry this wham tub or have a shelve for it, genuinely need a doghouse or something haha

Tastes terrible and thought I’d wasted money. Bought hand blender, added ice and 3 fresh strawberries and boom…gorgeous and can drink it all day

I've had loads of different protein powder over the years. Never though have i had one as incredibly bad as this.Strawberry flavourOpen it up. Looks ok, smells like strawberry protein.It goes downhill from here.Add water and mix. It smells rough, almost meaty. Rank.Unless you use a blender, forget it. This has a grittiness to it, you can't get past it.Go to drink it. Omg, the smell again and of course no escaping it.Taste. Well if someone genuinely sat in a lab and pronounced that this passed any taste tests related to strawberry then I can only assume they had some strawberry coolie nearby as this tastes hideous. To be expected as matches the smell.So. Lesson learnt. Buy cheap, buy twice as reverted back to a nice considerably more expensive whey protein.I do now have a 4kg tub which could use once I chuck the remaining 3.9kgI appreciate any proteins and flavours are subjective but my oh my this is bad.Obviously no option to return since opened and worryingly the manufacturers website has info on what to do if you don't like the flavour - keep it!

Seen a lot of mixed reviews but took the risk... First off the amount you get. It's literally like a bucket of fence paint! (Just need to find somewhere to store it)Admittedly the taste or lack of it is something to mention... It doesn't taste horrible at all, just doesn't have much taste to it but that doesn't bother me all that much. I'm more impressed with the fact it's only around 100 calories for 24g of protein. Making it great for a quick snack or to use in making some high protein snacks. I noticed some protein powders could be around 400-500 calories for around 25g of protein.I just used it in a normal glass and mixed with a litte coffee hand mixer and there was no lumpsIt will last a long time abs I can use it as a drink or making some protein snacks

This is amazing value for money. I think I paid like £35 or the likes for 4KG. So for that it gets the 3 stars. However, the taste is very very bland. It has a weird chemical like taste in there too. There is a little hint of salted caramel but really not flavoursome at all. I've tried it with Milk and Water and very bland. It's not awful and I will continue to use it as I refuse to waste money but I just need to find something that will make it taste better.

don't know what everyone is complaining about. mostly maybe they have high expectations, but for the price you pay this is actually more than decent.it mixes with water just fine and the taste... well not sure how much that needs to be enjoyed.i am pleased with it

Probably the worst protein powder I've ever tried. Cheap, yes, and that's it - it's cheap. No good for baking - falls apart (I use same recipe I've always used for pancakes, for example). No good for protein ice-cream in Ninja creami - again used other powders with great success, this one tastes crumbly and inedible. Mixing with milk (my favourite option) - no good, it's way too thick and gooey. Mixing with water as a drink, it's consumable but I'll get bored using up all 4kg this way :(
