High quality, inexpensive tools
I mainly purchased this set for the wooden balls to help relieve back and hip pain. I love that there’s a variety of widths and different sizes, depending on what part of my body I wish to address. It’s high quality and the pegs fit snug. I do wonder if I would have been better off with a rubberized set for a little more give but that’s not this product’s fault. I use it at least weekly.

Good wood therapy massage tools
Madera Therapy/Maderoterapia is associated with these two massage tools. Wood therapy has grown in popularity, particularly in South America, where it is known as maderoterapia. This set contains a popular massage dice roller design for medium/large muscle groups such as the thighs, arms, and calves. The block of wood, with a series of wooden spheres of varying sizes, is perhaps less well-known. The spheres have a peg that fits into the block's corresponding cavities/receptacles. The spheres can be configured symmetrically or asymmetrically, allowing you to target specific muscle groups.

Nicely Made and Packaged Set with Instructions
This is a well made and nicely packaged set of massage tools. I have similar items in other sets and these look nicer, although you can faintly smell whatever it was they used to give them that glossy finish. The muscle release tool has larger and smoother balls than another set I have. The foam packaging is protective but gave me a bit of trouble when I tried to get the tools out as they have a tight fit.I like the dice roller very much. I'm not sure it's doing any of the things it claims health wise, but it does at least get me moving and my muscles feel better afterward.I'm not so sure about the muscle release tool. Even though the balls on this one are larger than my other one, they don't do much for my neck, and are very uncomfortable on my back. It was nice to experiment with but I think my heated shiatsu massager does a better job in those areas. I'll probably end up leaving this sit on the coffee table to mystify guests. They do look somewhat artsy. I wish the posts would unscrew from the balls so they could additionally be used for things like hand exercises. There is also an instruction book. It's not very comprehensive, but does at least point you in the right direction to get started using the tools. Most other sets come with no instruction at all.If this set is your sort of thing then it's a good one. Half of it didn't work for me, but that is not its fault so I'm not taking a star off.

Important for after a long walk or leg day
I lift and do cardio - i don't work on flexibility despite what i've read and been told. I will admit that sometimes it's uncomfortable to rub my own feet. That's where these come in - just sit down and use gravity and your body mass to help you relieve tension in your feet! The ball of your feet, the heel, and the little toes. It's a life saver. I think you can also use this for your back but I don't use it for my back or neck - i use this exclusively to relax my feet, especially after a long walk or run. This is right in my living room - it doesn't get put away because I use this every day.Highly recommend this item. 10/10.

Well made and versatile, tough to find the sweet spots
The media could not be loaded. **Review will be updated if needed with further usage**I've been on the hunt for various manual massage tools that may help alleviate chronic pain and fascia issues caused by more chronic illnesses. I'm a big fan of the cube/dice style roller, which you can manipulate easily to provide varying amounts of pressure atop the low back, glutes, and legs. The curved sphere set is a bit less intuitive feeling, and I plan on doing more research to ensure safe and more effective usage. I appreciate the versatility the three sets of spheres offer so you can customize the layout as needed for whichever region you're working on. So far, however, I've found the most relief in using this moreso for a nice subtle arch/back stretch when placed just above the SI region. For other spots, I've found that I'm not getting as much leverage as needed. The wooden base tends to slide even on my carpet, probably best for use atop a yoga mat that has a little grip to it. I'm going to keep trying various configurations, but my daily widespread knots may need a more intensive tool. This set feels well made, with only a few slightly rough spots within the wood but none that I've found that could cause much discomfort during use. If you have finger dexterity troubles, it's a bit tough to remove the spheres from the styrofoam. Pushing the back of the foam helps a bit, but they can be tough to grip.Overall, this could be a great set for moderate treatment needs or relaxation. It feels a smidge pricey and may not have enough oomph for those of us who prefer to really dig into accupressure points and knots.

High quality hardwood manual massagers to help circulation, break up cellulite, and accupressure.
Simple set with lots of ways to use. Since I've a very sedentary person with my lifestyle, it helps to have something to keep my circulation going when my limbs get stiff. In the product page video, I got a good Idea how to use the thing with the plug-in wood balls. Since I'm not able to get up off the floor without significant help, I found I could use this in bed. My bed in a firm memory foam mattress on an electric adjustable frame with targeted massage. The massage seems week, and I practice leg lifts to keep the blood flowing especially when I get up. here I can put these under the legs and get a higher pivot point. It helps get the blood flowing by covering a potential pinch point. The other tool is great for the arms, thighs, back and neck. It kneads as it rolls along and gives good stimulation. If used regularly it can be slightly invigorating. I've felt better in these areas after only using it about 10 minutes for a few days. For me this is less painful than some powerful impact massagers and is my third best form of therapy after light and TENS stimulation. That puts it above heat, cold and vibration. Recommended.
