Doesn't work
I have used Maybelline master/lasting drama black kohl for years, it's really good for inner rim lining. I'm so disappointed in this product as the colour is beautiful but leaves no impression on the rim at all. In fact the only way I can see it is by drawing on my hand. On my eye nothing.

It isn't new. There is nothing there!!! And there is nothing in the lid yet smudges around the edge of the pencil.

pencil broken on arrival
The propelling pencil arrived broken so not able to use product at all. Very disappointed. really would like a replacement or a refund please.
