PATPET Shock Collar for Medium Large Dog(15-150lbs) - 3/4 Mile Range E Collar, Dog Training Collar with Remote

We have tried the most expensive to the least expensive ecollars a d this one is great for the price. I highly recommend this product.- Packaged perfectly with detailed instructions. I didn’t realize it comes with a whistle, clicker, lanyard, extra prongs, and a nice treat bag for training. This exceeded my expectations.- The remote is a little larger than other models, but I also have small hands. Easy to use. The vibrate button on the side is touchy at times.- Collar fits great and seems like good quality. My male has a 23” neck and there is plenty of room to spare. I like the material it is made out of and seems sturdy. I like that the box on it is not big and bulky and sits right in line with the collar.- I tested out the shock levels and it goes from 1-16. 1-3 is little to no shock, 4 is good and 5 gets the point across, I cannot imagine using any higher. The vibrate is very strong and is enough to correct our guy. Other collars we used the vibrate was very minimal, this one is great!- Battery charged quick and so far so good.

I initially ordered the Well-D Training System for both of my large dogs - one female and one male who weight 83+ pounds. While that system worked well on my lab/dane mix, it did nothing for my Chespeake Bay Retriever (the male). I ordered this system and it works like a dream! I have the setting at 4 and don't have to use the shock feature as the vibrate is sufficient. When I encountered an issue, I reached out to the seller and their response was immediate. They were responsive, helpful, and replaced the collar which had stopped functioning. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product for your large dog. The kit that accompanies it is complete and includes a 'spreader' which helps provide correction when needed. This is an AMAZING collar and the product support quickly replied (w/in 24 hours) and had a replacement mailed to me within 48 hours of being notified. I cannot recommend them enough! I had high hopes for this collar, and only used the "sound" and "vibrate" options. I don't like the thought of the electric shock option. With that said, my dog responded favorably to the "vibrate" option - until it stopped working. I thought at first the battery needed to be charged, but that wasn't the case. I had charged it the night before and had just pulled it off the charger. The company immediately reached out to me, send me a replacement, and continually checked in with me to make sure it was working properly. I can't remember the last time a company really cared if you liked their product or not after they got your money! It's a breathe of fresh air. If you purchase from this company, know they will stand behind their product!

When new, this unit worked great. Worked as advertised. About 2 months ago, the parent units battery stopped working. Will not charge. The charging port is completely fine and tried different cables. The unit just crapped out. Expected this to last at least 3-4 years

This was great for keeping our rough collie in the yard boundaries while supervised. Until it stopped working about 1 month after use. The on/off button no longer worked. I contacted the company and they guaranteed their product for 1 year and stated they will send a replacement. I gave them all the information they requested, but still no sign of a replacement. Overall, good product when it worked, but only worked for 1 month and customer service did not come through. Will update review if the product replacement is ever sent.Update:Customer service did get back to me after this review and thankfully, sent a whole new product. This one is working well so far. It is a good product. The collar itself is a rubber/flexible plastic material that is sturdy. It is great for keeping our dog within our boundary lines and away from the road outside while he runs. Hopefully the first one we received is just the bad egg from an overall otherwise good product. Thankful customer service responded.

Works great for training! Nice material. Recommend for training!

Purchased this in May 2023. Has been a great training tool for our great dane. In December the collar broke . Had a replacement sent within a week and we are back to regular training.

The shock collar works good, the battery life is excellent, and collar is effective. I set the dial on 4 for my Golden Retriever and he is perfectly fine with it.There are a few cons I would like to point out. The buttons are easy to accidentally press due to how exposed they are. The side button activates the vibration and my dog absolutely hates the vibration it sends his anxiety really high and he runs and hides, that button is easy to press if not very careful. The intensity is adjusted by a dial on the side of the remote and it is very easy to bump and without noticing I have had it on level 9 which is way too much for the dog.The collar has a power on/off button which recently stopped working, I now have to use a pen to press the button down for on and off. I will be looking for a different system after wasting my money on the Patpet electric collar..
