This product is a staple for any natural curly girl. I have 3b curls. If you haven't already, read 'the curly girl method' by Lorraine Massey- it will explain why natural products make your curls the best they can be!This product is light and less is definitely more. After co-washing and rinsing with cold water, I use a microfiber towel and add my styling products. I use this devacurl light defining gel as my last product and lightly scrunch my hair with the gel coated on my hands. When dry, there is a very light cast but you just need to scrunch it out and you are ready to go! The product lasts quite a long time, I have been natural for 18 months and only just purchased my second bottle of this. Do your curls a favour and purchase this!

Good product
Feels like this is what my hair needed. It holds my curls and helps with the frizz, but it doesn't get clumpy. I use it with argan oil, on wet hair.

I wont be buying this again.I don't have thick curly hair - I have cherub type curls and this just doesn't do the job.Doesn't particularly define the curls that well and very uneconomical - I have to put almost a kiwi fruit size blob into my hair - any less and there is no curl - it just leaves my hair crispy and twiggy looking........ Not for me I much prefer the 'Ultra' defining gel.

Great
Good gel for putting on really wet curly hair to create curls. You set the curl with it and then gently scrunch it to soften the hair. Non sticky, well worth practising with to get it right.

worth the money
I used this product once and ordered 2 more DevaCurl products. It really makes my curls bounce and look better than they have in a long time! I probably will never waste any money on another product now i have found this one!

Too expensive, it doesn’t worth it!
I have curly hair. I’m always looking for a great curls definer. Used this one and leaves my dry!It doesn’t help my curls !It’s in my cupboard kept !Never buy again!

Great gel for curly hair
This is a fab product for curly hair. It does not dry the hair and keeps if frizz free. Does not leave the crunchy bits as it dissolves in the water on wet hair. Very happy!
