Fantastic item!
This needle roller is everything my skin needs nowadays! I have been using it for a few weeks now and my skin feels lovely. Just one word of advice: be careful what you apply to your skin after rolling as mine can not stand the roller every day. I use it every 2 days otherwise my skin gets bright red and very itchy. The roller is easy to use and clean and, so far, I am very pleased with it. I had a little scar on my forehead and, after weeks rolling, it has completely gone! My vertical line in between my eyes is also a lot less visible. I combine the roller with Clarins products and the results are very good.

Neat little piece of kit
Product arrived well package and comes in a plastic container which can keep the roller hygienically clean. Feels quite sturdy and well made. The small roller has many needles which at first look a little scary but does not particularly hurt even with slight pressure (although do not press too hard). There is a tiny brief picture on the box to indicate how to use but more detailed instructions would have been handy as well as tips for after care etc. This I sourced from the internet instead. Works quite well and leaves face with a nice 'glow' and I think if you then use a good face cream afterwards this would help the cream work a little better to get into the skin.A nice piece of kit which is easy enough to use a home fairly safely as it does not pierce the skin and can help with a good beauty regime,

Finally a solution!
I bought this just because it looked promissin, but after it came and I started to do research about it, I found out, this is the weird stuff making you to bleed, and I'd have never bought it therefore...anyways, I used to have a bad acne and have many scars after, which seem not to be disappearing and are making my skin to look much worse, than it actially could, so I just held my breath and went for it. I have to say it bled a lot, especially on the areas with scars, even though I didn't make much pressure. But just after the first application, the skin seemed to unify in tone and the scars to fade! The sensation and look on skin after is almost the same, as if you'd got sun-burned, so I think I'll give it a rest at least a week before using again - which I'm looking forward to! Last thing is, I would never use it, if I'd still had an active acne, cause it's just not what is it for! I's even said in the instructions. Give it a try, if you have problems with scars or marks of any kind, good luck.

1.0mm derma roller
I purchased the derma roller to use on some scars I have on my face. It's hard to tell how much pressure to use when rolling your skin but I've soon realised that you need to put only a little bit of pressure on it or you'll start getting specks of blood over your face (I'm not sure whether it should do this or not)So I've only used it a couple of times so far and have noticed a little improvement in my overall skin tone but not any difference in my scars yet.In some areas my skin feels a bit thicker so I'd imagine it would be good if the results you wanted were for wrinkle reduction and skin firming. I'm going to continue using this because it does seem to be doing some good to my skin and I'd imagine it would take a couple of months to get any results on my scars. Also just to say, u should really bye some sort of sanitising spray for cleaning the derma roller between uses and also get some good moisturiser to use after treating your skin (I've just been using jojoba oil and my body shop vitamin c moisturiser). Hope this was some help.

good
Have only just cottoned on to this product recently, and have been using it within guidelines for the past few months... this has cleared up my acne pretty well, don't get breakouts so often and has also started to clear up scar tissue too. I use this in conjunction with coconut oil, but not at the same time. I give the skin time to recover after using the derma roller, usually about a week and then use coconut oil sparingly about every 3-4 days for a few weeks, then don't use anything for another week. Then repeat.Seems to be working for me anyway.

BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT- regarding product use for hair loss.
I bought this item as i heard good reviews about it and i heard it is good in combating hairloss. Thus i used it on my forehead to prevent a receding hairline. When i bought it all seemed well and good. Whilst using it, it didn't hurt. Minor side effects such as slight itchiness were seen but was already expected as stated on the box. However, to my horror, the next day my skin started shedding like dandruff. I noticed these areas that were affected were only areas where i had used the derma roller on my forehead. i dont think it has anything to do with infection as there is no puss or bruising. The skin just becomes extremely dry and begins flaking. I used the roller on Monday and until today on Friday every evening i get flaking of my forehead even though i have stopped using the roller. Furthermore i am experiencing further hair loss. From approximately of 10-20 hairs in the shower to a now 50-100, just in the past few days. I would not like to blame it on this product but as i have neither changed my diet, routine or supplements, i can only conclude that the cause was triggered by using the derma roller. Thus for anybody reading this in regards to preventing a receding hairline I would say this product is horrible. Although it says clinically proven, right now i am very skeptical about this product.

Good quailti roller for home use
I boght this 0/25mm derma roller as I have no experience with rollers of that type and didn't want my skin to get damaged. I have used it 4 times now and have upgraded to a 1mm roller. I think this one is excellent for novices and people with sensitive skin who want to start out with a derma roller. It come hygenically packaged, has an ergonomic handle and glides easily over the skin. You can use it every day and it won't damage your epidermis. I personally haven't seen any results in my skin's condition using this version hence I upgraded to a 1 mm roller which is a lot more painful as it really pricks your skin thereby drawing blood. For general skin conditioning I would recommend the 0.25mm or even the 0.5 mm derma roller from this firm. They are affordable, easy to clean and store and long lasting.

Roller buono e ben confezionato
