What are the min/max sizes the waist belt adjusts to?

I wish I could answer this question for you, but unfortunately they are not uniform, I have purchased two of these an Orange one and a Blue one. I have a 29" waist or size 8 women's pants, and with heavy clothing the belt can get a bit tight with the Orange bag. My sister has the blue bag, same bag and size as mine she is a size 18 in women's pants and her waist belt has plenty of room with heavy clothing. I am so sorry this is not very helpful 😔

How do you connect the water bladder inside the backpack? Also, his there a separate hole for the water tube or do you just line it out of the zipper?

There is a pouch for the bladder plus a velcro strap that can loop through a hole in the bladder top to help with support. There is a hydro port to run the hose through.
