this support brace was recommended by my physiotherapist and I've been using it for a few months now.Pros: It minimises tendonitis pain so does the job.Cons: It's not very comfortable to wear when I work at the desk so I often swap it with a different, softer adjustable brace. I have chosen a good size but it moves down if I wear it under the clothes in cold weather (under coats, jackets, etc).While this type of clasp helps better with tendonitis pain than other types of braces that I have tried, it's not the best when it comes to comfort unless I wear short sleeves and can easily adjust it's position at any time. Occasionally, it feels too tight to wear, even when I loosen it, perhaps when there's a bit of swelling.I recommend having different types of braces and swapping them. I can't imagine wearing this one all day but overall it's a good item for pain management.

I ordered a medium originally and returned it for a small, so I would recommend going a size smaller than the size guide suggests. It feels like it won’t work to begin with but when you do something active and your forearm gets a bit of blood pumping, it definitely reduces the pain.

Perfect for what it's meant to do

This is the second one I have purchased after ending up with tennis elbow in both of my arms. I've found them to be a great support and easy to adjust thanks to the elastic strap, so you can wear it that little bit tighter to help with the pain and then just ease it off when necessary.
