Can you freeze/microwave these containers?

I've microwaved with them, making sure the lid is loosely placed on top. I should think they would be fine gof the freezer too.

Yes. For normal use. There is a blue rubber removal seal for cleaning. we store soup and freeze without problems. Grandweans use for fresh cut fruit which has juice no leaks and are well tested in their rucksacks for school and nursery by young kids.Never tried warm or hot liquid i would assume rubber expansion and some leakage.
