Wonderful balaclava -- just make sure to rinse it a few times in the sink before using until the water runs clear. Removes the smell & excess ink from the production dyeing process. It's a really comfortable balaclava and breathes really well. I recommend.

The item was sized correctly and performed as hoped by keeping the cold draft off of my neck when tucked in under my shirt. It was also comfortable and didn't restrict my neck when worn as a gaiter.Very satisfied.

I originally got this mask with the intention of using it as a base for the furry mask I am making for my art class. After watching some tutorials, I realized the earlier balaclavas I got would be better suited for the job. So the balaclava just lied around for a while not really being used. That was until I got to working on the eyes for the mask. I realized the vented fabric of the balaclava was perfect to be used for the pupils on my mask. It has great visibility in that context, even though that’s not really what the product is meant for. I am sure it works well in its original context, but I never really used it that way. If you are looking for a good fabric source for pupils on masks, this is a great way to go.

Reason for 3 stars is it runs small very tight to put on and take off for a one size fits most looks good and is very warm.

The camo is dyed so lightly that it looks white in the sunlight. Photo show a darker camo print. No bvn way I can hunt with what I received....update. this companies customer service is great. They refunded my money without me even requesting it. Hopefully this was a one time problem.
