Great Replacement
The ear cushion on my Jabra headset wore out after years of use. I bought to replace the ear cushion and they are a perfect fit and work as well as the original.

Excellent Quality for everyday use 8hrs +
Very good quality, superior comfort while using my headset all day at work. Nice and thick however does not decrease the hearing levels of callers. Definitely would recommend!

A bit hard on the ears but works.
I replaced the ear cushions on my headset. These fit perfectly but are a bit firm. I wish they were a little softer but better than not having them at all.

Worked fine for my generic headphone
I did not order these ear pads for a plantronic headphone but for a non-namebrand headphone. Chose them by size and they worked fine. They look just like the old original pads.

Comfortable
These are very comfortable. They are not noise canceling but that was not priority for me since I work from home and have no one else here to distract me.

Too big for the headphone.
While I searched for them using the headphone product number, the pads are larger than the originals. I can use them, but have to remove them to charge the headphone. So I did not return them, but wished they were a better fit.
