Salmon Oil 500ml

Very relieved to find that this worked for our old lady cat. I started off by stabbing a slit in the top of the plastic inner plug that is in place when you take the lid off and gave a couple of drips on each bowl of food twice per day to see if her tummy could tolerate it (and so as not to alert her to something being put in her food as she is ridiculously fussy). Happy to say that her tummy tolerated it just fine and she liked the taste thank goodness. Eventually I just took the plastic inner plug out and now measure it out by eye. I would say I put about 2ml on each meal. She is quite a small old lady cat so if you have a great big hulking boy cat or a dog you would use more obviously. I started her on this because she has dry skin and likes to nibble at herself and cause scabs. They have ALL gone. I am amazed. Also I have a long-haired cat who is prone to constipation because of the amount of hair she ingests and because they nick each others dinners I found the long-haired cat's constipation had been cured as well - so they both get it now! Can't recommend it enough, I think it's good for any cat whether they've got skin issues or constipation or not. This is going to be permanently on my girl's menus from now on, the change is wonderful.

This is the first time we have ordered Omega/Salmon oil for our dog; he is showing very early signs of stiffness in his back legs so it was imperative we intervened with a holistic method. He has taken to the oil and although we have only used it for 8 days so far there has been a positive change to his agility. Additionally his coat (which is already in very good condition) is looking markedly shinier. I would imagine this oil would be effective for larger dogs such as German Shepherds and Labradors that are prone to problems with their back legs and hips too. I will continue to use this oil and would recommend it to all dog lovers and friends and family out there for their four legged friends!

Bought this product for my 4 year old jack russell cookie who as constantly suffered with itchy skin. After several visits to the vets she was finally diagnosed wit atopica dermatitis. I did some research and found that this oil can help with her immune system and help rehydrate her skin and ease the itchin. Iv also been giving her the blue galpharm one a day allergy relief tabs bought at home bargains for 49p. Shes been on this oil for a week and she loves it its in a handy pump dispenser which I squirt onto her grain free dry and grain free wet wet and she goes crazy licking the bowl after. Im just waitin to see how her coat will turn out but the itchin his gettin less. Iv also been rubbin coconut oil into her dry skin and a friend suggested rock sulphur in her water which im yet to try. Definitely a good product and ill be buyin more in future. Iv also been puttin into my cats food and they luv it.

its a 5* from us! My puppy is nearly 13 weeks old and after his second injection (last week) today has been his first "official" long walk we've been out on! We have literally been stopped by every dog owner that walked past us not only to say hello to our super cute Doberman puppy but to comment on how beautiful and shiny his coat is! My puppy demolishes his food with this oil on it, yes it smells but it smells of salmon and id be concerned if it didnt smell like that tbh! I know this oil is not only helping him with a super shiny coat but also for his joint and growth too!! I recommended this oil to all who commented on his coat and will be back to buy the bigger size next time and will be using this for the foreseeable future!!

While I cannot verify any of the health benefits to my dog as he is as healthy and happy as before, I am delighted that works as a tasty dressing over his dry dog food. Some dogs will scoff food down instantly and are happy to have the same type every day for years. However, our dog is the opposite - fussy and quickly goes off any one type or brand of food. After hours of googling and a stupid amount of time and money trying out various 'healthiest' diets for dogs (wet/dry/expensive/cheap/homemade), this oil has done the trick. While our dog still quickly goes off a food type if he has the same food every day, he can be persuaded to eat if he has this drizzled over the top. While it may seem expensive, my bottle has lasted a long time and is value for money in rescued dog food that would otherwise not have been touched. The bottle came with a handy measuring cup (similar to the type you find on a cough medicine bottle) which helps measure out accurate amounts depending on the size of your dog. Bonus - it is not that smelly!

I have a staffie and his coat was really flaking I heard salmon oil was the easiest treatment. I looked at amazon and reviews a decided this was the best product that is reasonably priced. As soon as it arrived I applied to my dogs food and within 2 days he was showing some flakes after 5 days completely gone his coat looks shiny he is a lot happier too and cant get enough of the oil as his food bowl is emptied everytime in 1 sitting he never did that before. All in all I cant recommend this product any higher absolutely fantastic product if you want to get rid of dry flaky skin get a healthier coat get a happy dog then get this. 5 stars

My border collie and Labrador love this product have had heathy hounds salmon oil quite a few times now, they love it ,won’t eat there dry food without it so obviously so must lick the taste. I love the price and the pump feature , which also allows u to measure out how much they need rather than using a spoon is so easy no sticky oil anywhere, tried different salmon oil brands picked up when we r out on the odd occasion but always come back to heathy hound , fast delivery will definitely be buying again and would highly recommend. 😀its definitely their favourite

I recently tried another salmon oil that included vitamins. My dogs (a GSD and a jackapoo) did not like it. I also am concerned about anything caught from the Pacific Ocean right now. This is a rich, fresh salmon oil that the dogs love and it is from salmon not caught near the Pacific Ocean...I will buy again. One thing I wish is that I could order a larger size!
